Very good quality knive. The wasabi line of kai is perfect for home/hobby cookers. It stays sharp for a decent amount of time, and easy to sharpen when it's needed. This one it good for preparing the ingredients, or for pealing. The handle is comfortable, and easy to clean.

My most used knife
I absolutely love this knife. It is well balanced, lightweight, stays really sharp (I do periodically sharpen it) and I would not be without it. In fact I have bought other knives in the range which are all excellent.

Il coltello è ottimo. Venduto come nuovo ma le condizioni della confezione originale fanno intuire che sia stato aperto e chiuso diverse volte, c'è anche del nastro adesivo per coprire i crepi della confezione.
