Great product and service. Courier rubbish. No bell or knock just left in flower bed front of house exposed for all to see thankfully our neighbour saw it and delivered to us

good size and easy to swallow. works well as health benefit vitamin.

Nothing much to say about it, it does what it needs to do. The pills are not stuck to each other, they fall easely and they are not as big as to be uncomfortable to swallow. Would recommend.

So far so good i guess it came on time with no damage and all the usual. Ive been taking it for about a month now and as you can imagine cant really notice a difference but ive been reading up on the benefits of it and I think they are more hidden benefits in which we cannot phyiscial feel or observe but i recommend this for the health conscious as its an essential part of diet and this particular product is cheap and decent!

My pharmacist advised me to start taking these along with a separate multivitamin and cod liver oil supplement so I was doubling up on the cod liver, mainly because I was there for my flu jab and he could see that I was under weight and proan to caughs and colds this time of year.I started taking these the next day after I had the jab and have been as healthy as I would normally be in the summer months, but I haven't noticed myself having any extra energy really, I am a female painter and decorator so my job is very physical and can be draining, but so far so good ✅✅✅
