Plastic Watch Crystal Scratch Remover Polish 5 ml Tube

Great product that worked better than expected. I own an expensive watch, which happens to have a "plastic" crystal (because that's how it used to be made when the first editions were produced in the 60's). Through my carelessness the crystal received several scratches, which eventually required the whole watch face 'glass' to be replaced at a very high cost. Again, I managed to scratch the glass with two parallel marks about 7mm long. I found this product on Sunday morning, ordered it and received it that evening. Great service. I applied a small amount of the cream to the glass and polished it by hand (with cotton pad) for about two minutes. An inspection of the glass revealed that about half of the scratches had disappeared. Only the deeper ends of the scratches remained.I applied more cream and polished twice again. Within about five minutes of receiving the product, the scratches on my watch glass had all but gone. Only under careful scrutiny would one be able to locate the remaining 1mm long scratches (the deepest part). I'm sure that further polishing will remove even those marks. Excellent product that worked brilliantly. I would strongly recommend this product for an inexpensive repair to acrylic/plastic watch crystals (glasses). Note, it will 'probably' not work on real glass because it works by dissolving the plastic around the scratches.

Purchased to try and remove some of the scratches in my Casio watch with a mixture of deep and light scratches. As reported by others, tube of product was very small, well packaged but sufficient amount of product to clean multiple watches. While it did not remove all the scratches, it did improve the overall look of the watch face, removing some of the lighter scratches and making the watch face look much better. For the price paid, happy with the results and would consider using again.

Cannot recommend this more! I bought it because I had my Motorola 360 gen 2 scratched only a week after I bought it. I was very sad about it, so I was ready to try anything to fix that. The PolyWatch clearly sais it does not work on mineral or hardened glass of any sort, and it is kinda hard to fix a scratch as deep as mine, but after being persistent with it and applying it numerous times, it definitely has a positive effect, even on Gorilla Glass. I am planning to put a screen protector on it after I have completely filled in the scratch with the gel, just to make sure the gel wont wear off, which is good enough for me. I only need it to hold up until i put on the protector. I also have a PC with a transparent plastic panel on the side, and it had micro scratches on it as well in result of the cleaning it has endured over time, so I decided to try PolyWatch on that too. The result MIND BLOWN... I couldn't believe it. Because the transparent glass was made of plastic it worked even faster than the Gorilla Glass. It literally took 2 minutes of rubbing it in the glass with a piece of cotton wool, and the scratches were gone.

Got a light scratch across my Garmin screen annoyingly while doing jobs in the garden. Hoped this would help cover it up but no difference at all

This product is okay. It works on ultra fine scratches. Note that this is only suitable for plastic and not glass. It does essentially work, but you need a shed load of effort on one tiny area. For larger or deeper scratches you'd have to keep going for hours. I wouldn't bother.

After successfully managing to put a wide and surprising number of dents in my wife's previously unworn and quietly forgotten smartwatch I decided I probably needed to resolve it as, of course, she suddenly became interested in it. I was left with two options... well... three if you count hurriedly buying a new one. As I probably shouldn't smash it with a hammer and burn the evidence I had to resolve matters the best I could. I decided to give Polywatch a go despite all my healthy suspicions of anything that makes impressive claims. Looking around the internet gave me just enough hope to accept that at the very least I'd get my own unreadable Pebble out of the affair. Or a fire. I squirted on a dollop, grabbed a piece of cotton wool and violently began rubbing in fast circular motions. Then my arm became very tired very quickly. I stared down after a couple of minutes of agonised scrubbing and a fair few small little very light surface scratches had gone. Several deeper gouges sat there... mocking me... sending shivers of icy doom into my heart. Four attempts later they were almost gone. So was my shoulder. I then grabbed a ... Jeye's cloth... Jay Cloth... a value version of whatever the blue cleaning cloth is called these days. I had been looking for a cleaning cloth from a pair of glasses but those had all magically vanished. People also recommend a clean t-shirt but the cat tends to sleep in the drawer. The blue cloth, however made all the difference. It seems to be a little bit easier to get that bit of extra pressure using a cloth rather than cotton wool. Although make sure it's something soft and something very clean or else you'll make pretty patterns. At the end of it all I have an almost as good as new watch front, a sore arm, a pile of bits of cotton wool, a cloth and the vaguest of feelings I may live another day. If your watch is some variant of plastic and you want to give it a spruce up... give this a go. Trust me, even if you mess up the first time you should be able to buff out any mistakes until you get what you're after. As many people point out though, don't bother trying this on your glass watch unless you want to take time off getting blood out of a stone.

I have a new Timex watch and in the first couple of days of wearing it I picked up a scratch on the crystal - about 5mm long, and annoying because it was so visible. I got used to it, though. But then, just a few days ago, I accidentally knocked the watch against a wall at work - this time picking up a big graze which stretched across between the 8 and the 10 and almost completely obscured the 9. I tried toothpaste as someone said it would probably work. But no joy. So I shelled out £4 for a tube of Polywatch, not really expecting any miracles, and pretty much resigning myself to a damaged watch that was just a couple of weeks old. The Polywatch arrived today. I did what it said on the tube and used a piece of cotton wool to rub a few drops over the area - pressing hard - for a couple of minutes. Wow! I couldn't believe it! No sign whatsoever of the graze. And even the other scratch had gone, too. Best £4 I've spent for a long time. Well-pleased.

It does its job in some aspects, but it does not remove deep scratches, it can disguise them a bit and increase the brightness of the glass but they are still visible, if you want to apply it more than once, keep in mind that it ends very quickly and for its price it is not worth it. I would't recommend it if it is going to be used in several products.

I used this product to restore a scratched and scuffed CGC graded comic case. I almost couldn’t believe how good it works, it’s like magic! The scratches and the scuffs are completely gone and the case is like new.

Tenía la pantalla del cambio de la bici completamente rayada tras haberla puesto boca abajo para hacer un arreglo y era prácticamente imposible ver los números. Tras frotar un buen rato con el producto en dos tandas, ya que hay que hacer mucha presión y es bastante cansado, ha quedado como se ve en la foto. Mirando al detalle las rayas más profundas siguen ahí, pero la pantalla vuelve a ser legible, estoy encantado.

Livraison plus rapide que prévu, emballage impeccable, livrée avec un chiffon microfibre de très bonne qualité. Le produit est très efficace sur les matériaux en polymère. (Ne pas utiliser sur du verre ou verre minéral, cela n'aurais aucun résultat). Par contre je confirme que sur les lentilles ou vitres en polymères ce produit fonctionne à merveille, il faut cependant y mettre du sien... Je l'ai appliqué sur mes lentilles de l'Oculus Rift S, rayées en surfaces par mes lunettes, j'avais depuis un halo flou au centre et cela me gênait particulièrement. J'ai appliqué Polywatch pendant 3 minutes par lentilles (eh oui, il faut mettre de l'huile de coude pour avoir un résultat, le produit polywatch n'est pas un produit miracle juste par application.) Il faut frotter la surface en mouvement circulaire partant du centre vers l’extérieur et ce, pendant au minimum 2 minutes par surfaces pour avoir un résultat visible (Le Principe du frottement circulaire est essentiel pour toutes opérations de polissage.) Le résultat est flagrant, les micro rayures ont disparues, il n'y à plus de halo flou, j'ai donc tout de même commandé des protections de lentilles pour l'oculus rift S, mais le résultat est là, les micro rayures ont disparues! J'ai également appliqué ce produit sur mes lunettes de lectures qui sont en polymères, et elles sont comme neuves. Les gens qui disent que ça ne fonctionne pas, c'est parce qu'ils l'appliquent sur du mauvais matériaux ou le font mal (car il faut frotter longtemps) un coton tige peut aider. Le produit fonctionne parfaitement bien, il est d'ailleurs conçus pour ça, j'étais sceptique au début à cause du nombre de micro rayures sur mes lentilles, et puis je me suis dit que j'ai rien à perdre à essayer polywatch qui est l'une des meilleures marques dans le domaine des pâtes de polissage pour les polymères. Adieu les micro rayures, super produit à recommandé sans hésiter !

Tried it right upon delivery on my scratched Bosch espresso machine touchscreen, with a little bit of efforts everything's gone within just few minutes of rubbing it with a microfiber cloth. Good product that definitely worth the money.
