This is very easy to use and clean once I had got my head around what I had to do. It came with 2 different tubes and I found the hard one to be sharp and so preferred the softer one as I've never used one of these before.

When it comes to preparation, it can often be a challenge, but I found this enigma exceptionally easy to use. It’s highly functional and makes cleansing a smooth and straightforward process. Works as expected

Like, it's fine, it can work and does the job of cleaning. But when there's another just £1/£2 more that I've used before, that one is much better. Just the nozzle, the fit, the way you get water into the bulb and when you squeeze, its twice as easy and care free with the other one.Problems with this one include: hard to fill up, seems to be 'trapped air' inside the douches bulb that makes it hard to fill with water, I could leave it under a tap for an hour and it would only be half full, you have to squeeze the air out as you pour in.When you go to squirt inside after you manage that, there's always some residual air and you end up just squeezing air inside then the water, and its a good amount of air sometimes. The farts are not ideal.And to finish up using it, when pouring out the excess water from the bulb, you can squeeze it and it let's out the loudest high pitched squeal you've ever heard, now everyone knows you douched.The other product had none of these issues and the nozzle just fits on better, I would have rather spent £2 more than bought this one.

I found this to be very helpful for what I needed it for.Reading other reviews I see that most find it good for when they are having sex but for me it was wanted for a very different reason.For over 20 years I've had an incurable medical condition for which I have to attend hospital quite often, 3 or 4 times a year. I'm on medication but also once a year I have to have a colonoscopy (camera in the anal area and bowels).Through all those years I have had to drink 4 litres of the most awful liquid the night before, spread over 3 or 4 hours at a glass every 10 minutes or so.I got the Enema Bulb. Thought it was worth a try.It was great. It did the job. I drank one litre just to be on the safe side, but it was great not having to drink all four litres.No more feeling so sick every time. Thank you.I recommend it to anyone in my position. Most people don't mind the colonoscopy so much. If you have it often you get used to it.But drinking the liquid the night before is something everybody dreads and this is a great alternative.

Waste of money. Poor quality item
