I have had one of these for 8 years of continual use. Great value. Does the job reliably with a range of useful attachments. Light weight but not flimsy. As good for shaping as for trimming or thinning. A set of batteries lasts ages. No need to spend more on the latest flashy kit.Just off to buy another. Recommended.

this is good, i used this to sort out my beard after i began looking like a homeless man.The clippers are perfect size for facial hair, but anything else its going to be slightly too small. It's battery powered(batteries included) and comes with a handle base to store it in. it comes with several different guides for lengths, one adjustable one that won't allow you to put too much pressure on it without it slipping down to a shorter level. need to keep an eye on that, as it ruined my beard for a week.it could have been better with rechargeable batteries and an Ac input to charge, but it's cheap enough for that not to matter too much.

Great product. Ideal for sideburns

Works beautifully and accurately, sadly they do not last very long. I have bought four since June, 2013, the last one almost exactly two years ago. I use them less than once a week, so not a heavy work load. I will be trying a different manufacturer.

I bought this trimmer to use on holidays and weekends away. For the price I cannot fault it. As previously stated on other reviews it is a little noisy compared to my Wahl Hair Trimmer...But they are electric and cost £100 so the build quality is far superior. For what this product is, it does exactly what I want of it. My friend is a professional hairdresser and after seeing me use them, she asked if she could borrow them for a couple of weeks to trim 'old ladies' necks whilst working in the care homes. She was so impressed that she has taken them off of me and uses them every day. I had to buy a second set for my use. Battery life is good and I would recommend using alkaline batteries and not rechargeable as they die too quickly when running low. Also it will take a few uses to learn the 'lie' of the beard hairs as they tend to grow in different directions. But I have now worked which angle to hold the trimmer for different areas of my face and it only takes a few minutes to get that rugged film star look!!!

So I spent the best part of 2 hrs reading reviews on sub £20 trimmers. A few independent reviews mentioned these but for £8 surely not?? The wife made a comment that because I'm Mediterranean with black hairs that would resemble a pot scrub that this would fail like the other 5 odd trimmers that are in the back the gadget draw.I did ponder but thought ill just use to shave the cat then :)Been using it for a week and I think I absolutely brilliant, I let my beard grow out to 20mm then use the Wahl to take it to its max setting of 16mm, No problems at all, trimmer up with not a single hair pull very impressed.Now then its costs £8 if your expecting anything other then a cheap plastic body look at anotherif your expecting silent to low hum shave look at anotherIf you want to spend the least amount of money to trim your beard without a fuss your looking at it , hope that helps

Good quality hair trimmer plenty of accessories

Overview : Better than expectedAppearance : Buying this product i expected a very cheap looking machine . At the given price point , even though the material is plastic, and is very lightweight as expected, the silver color along with the black base makes the product stand out from the rest in the same price point .Performance : The first and most important thing to note, is that it works. It does it job without any difficulty whatsoever.Pros : (This can actually be considered as a con as well) . Buying a Trimming set at this price point you would expect that the lifespan of it will be limited. Having said that it should be noted that the machine does not come with an internal battery. Even though it might be bothering to some people replacing external batteries, i believe that it will increase the products lifespan due to the fact that an internal battery's performance is always reducing after each cycle.

It's okay, "relatively" good - well, for the price point, under €8, it is good. Yes it feels a bit light and plastic...ish but at under €8, yeah, worth it. My opinion it's only good for beard, facial hair and definitely not for the hair on your head, definitely not. But for beard etc, yeah, not too bad.

Para mi parecer es una buena maquina de afeitado para hacer sombreado (no para el apurado total de la barba) que creo es su cometido. Va a pilas y aunque es algo ruidosa, algo normal porque es algo que se usa en la cara y por lo tanto muy cerca del oído, no es tampoco exagerado. La duración de las pilas, dependiendo de la calidad de éstas, creo que es suficientemente prolongado para varios usos, por lo menos mi caso. Calidad precio creo que buena por lo que la recomiendo. Por parte de Amazon todo muy bien, sin problemas.

Excellent produit, livraison rapide. La tondeuse fonctionne aussi bien pour les cheveux que pour la barbe. Bonne facture, les sabots sont très faciles à mettre et à enlever. Le bruit de la tondeuse est supportable. Ai d'autres tondeuses plus chères et moins efficaces. Je recommande ce produit.
