I wanted a USB C to USB adapter which is how this is advertised but I didn’t notice all the male and female information so I haven’t got what I needed BUT, regardless this is a great bit of kit, a great size and really well built. The picture is exactly what you get so I have no excuses but if this is the adapter you need then I would heartily recommend this one

It worked fine

This seems to work fine, but the insert is too short to use with a cover on.I have to remove the casing to use the adaptor. Shame.

Inexpensive way of adding a mouse to use with Chromebook

On the usb-c side the shoulders on the adaptor are too wide to go into the gap left in the protective phone cover. To insert this adaptor into a Samsung Galaxy phone you will have to remove the protective cover before inserting. There may be other situations where the adaptor will need narrower shoulders, or a longer usb-c connector.

This is exactly what I needed to add an extra USB-A port to my laptop. The adapter plugs into my otherwise useless USB-C port and gives me a much more useful USB-A port. For my purposes having three separate USB-A ports is better than running a multi-port off one of them. More than happy with the data transfer speeds. This double pack is excellent value.

These are very handy. Very easy to use and fit perfectly at both ends. I'm using these adapters with my rodecaster and my Mac, and they are doing a great job. The quality is excellent. They work well for a fast charge when used for charging my gadgets and are great for data transfer. I would highly recommend these adapters to everyone.
