Product Description USN BCAA Syntho Stack is a potent combination of the Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) and active enhancers of both nutrient absorption and muscle uptake. The BCAA’s, which comprise of the essential amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, make up approximately one third of skeletal muscle in the human body, and play an important role in protein synthesis. When adequate amounts of BCAA’s are ingested post-workout, the body is placed in a greater state of hypertrophy with a positive amount of protein synthesis. This is extremely important for athletes because it will decrease recovery time as it increases the rate at which lean body mass is gained. The anti-oxidant Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) improves the action of insulin by increasing the muscle cells’ sensitivity to this hormone, which then promotes muscle tissue synthesis to an even greater extent. Take 3-6 capsules per day, 30 minutes prior to training sessions. On competition days, take 3-6 capsules 30 minutes prior to event and another 3 capsules directly after the event. Ingredients Citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, silicon dioxide, sucralose, sodium citrate, dipotassium phosphate anhydrous, calcium phosphate dehydrate, acesulfame potassium, red beet powder (colour), beta carotene (colour).

Great for Recovery... please read on!!!
Great product, and very potent. I train with a PT twice a week and go running 3 times a week and these are great both before and after the heavy work to aid recovery and muscle building so that i can run between workouts! Although only get true results when combined with a good diet. Also, because BCAA is a recovery aid, it works great as a hangover cure... take a course of these before going to bed after a night out and again in the morning with breakfast and you'll feel so much better and be ready to have a good day instead of spending the day crying in the foetal position!!!

Get the Bisodol ready
I can’t make my mind up about these. I get really bad acid reflux from them. I won’t be getting a capsul form again. There are easy to swallow. Directions say three before and after excercise
