Has anyone found a rounded ended applicator that works well with this product? Finding the reusable applicator really uncomfortable and sharp

I use the ones in individual applicators as I have hurt myself on the others.

What are the ingredients?

Just read the inkey list: purified water,glycerin,mineral oil,polycarophil, carbomer homopolymer - type b,hydrogenated palm oil glyceride, sorbic acid and sodium hydroxide. Hope this helps

Can this be used slong side a low does oestrgen cream from docs

I would check with Dr or pharmacist before using. I am not on any hrt's, just use along side menopause vitamin supplements.
