A lot of people have had problems with this for some reason. I don't understand how. I'm going to put the instructions in very basic english. Press and hold to turn on. To show that it is on, the indicator light will be a solid green. After it has been on for about 10 seconds (realistic 10 seconds, not a quick count to 10!), you can click the button to take a picture. You CANNOT take many pictures in succession because, well it's a $10 spy pen, what else can you expect. To show that a picture has been taken, the green indicator light will turn off and on. It will turn off as the picture is being taken (During exposure time) and it will turn back on when the picture has been taken. To take a video, press and hold the button while the indicator light is a solid green. The button should be held down until the light flashes twice. IMMEDIATELY let go of the button. If it is held longer, it will turn off (Because the way to turn it off is to press and hold the button until the light flashes green twice and then subsequently flashes red). To indicate that a video is being taken, there will simply be no light. It will have a similar look to being off (which is what you want in a spy pen). To stop recording, press and hold the button until the green light is once again visible and solid.Good luck!

The pen is useless. there is no cam or video recorder, if there is, it is difficult to spot it and it certainly does not work. No instructions. No visible means of switching on. Computer cannot communicate with it. The ink leaks from the nib. We tried everything to make it work, but as there is no button, no switch, no instructions, computer does not recognize it. Cannot do anything with it. The only thing to do with it is throw it in the bin. The only good aspect is that I only wasted a few pounds. Tried getting a refund, but I received a whole list of things such as, could I take it to a shop to have it looked at, could I buy a new battery, could I wait for 15 days before asking for a refund.No. So I am sorry to have to say the pen we received was not good. Now it may be that I received a bad pen while others work, but I must admit looking at the thing I struggle with thinking these would ever work.Sorry.

After charging the pen for 6hrs the spy pen is not so bad. The camera/video quality is good. The only downside is the nib of the pen is loose and won't tighten. But for the price is good!

I trust no one, and this is genuine. I have FOUR of these along with a couple of other items that fit into chewing gum packets.The DSS accused me of claiming £11,000 illegally, I have THREE disabled sons and receive benefits, they stated that I had more savings than I should have and denied that I informed them.I went to an "interview" with a pen, a "watch" and one in a chewing gum wrapper.Certain events and conversations took place where the staff "admitted" they did not know the actual regulations on savings and said "you probably know the rules better than us" YES .............The case was dropped.I NEVER EVER attend any meetings anywhere without a camera, two, in case one fails.

Cheap little pen , no good without the card.

chose it because it looked goodwas not disappointed it works well and is not easy to spot it looks like and works like a pen have had one person ask to use it when it was working and still did not know,Had to get used to using it in that had to make sure held on off longer than the book said, but I can stand that.sound and picture quality very good indeed.Not had it long but hope that it carries on and lasts

I am not impressed with this product. Many are complaining that it is not clear 'HD' which is described and I can assure you that they are right - it is not HD but this is not my main issue. It is terrible to use! Sometimes it doesnt come on, doesnt turn on.. and then when I think something is being recorded it turns out it has shut after like 30 seconds. It is a joke, do not buy this rubbish.

Having plugged this into my computer, it refuses to load it properly as an external storage device as it's supposed to which means any videos that it records (if it is recording as I cannot verify this) are unaccessible. My advice to anyone thinking of buying this is not to part with your money for this.UPDATE: I was advised that I needed a micro SD card installed into the pen which I didn't know, I have done this and the pen is now charging as with the SD card it flashes green to record then flashed red and turns off, I'm hoping once fully charged this will work.UPDATE: I have charged the pen for between five to six hours, but when I try to use it, the pen light flashes green, then flashed red three times and switches off. I am very disappointed in this product and wouldn't recommend purchasing this.

Irgendwann oder irgendwie tut das Ding auch das was es machen soll. Der beigelegten Beschreibung fehlt die Lesbarkeit. Weder ist die Anleitung in Deutsch, noch in einer lesbaren Schrifthöhe. Selbst mit Lupe nicht zu lesen.Die Bedienung ist sehr fummelig und führt selten zum Ziel. Ja, für den Preis kann Niemand mehr erwarten. Aber bei den Teureren wird das auch nicht besser sein. Also lieber 8 Euro in den Sand gesetzt als 30 und mehr.

Edles Aussehen ist nicht edel. Billigstes Blech in Gold. Mine lässt sich nicht eindrehen, Kameraauge verschiebt sich. Keine Empfehlung möglich.
