Great beard balm. I use it with seven potions shampoo and conditioner it's completely sorted out my beard flakes

I tend not to write review for products, because what works for me - won't always work for other people. But I feel so strongly about this balm - if this can help someone, anyone else then I will put my story here. I developed Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling) after a very stressful period at university and have been trying to manage it for many years. The behaviour results in subconsciously ruining my beard every time I become anxious. After many of years of trying to understand why this happens, I have have learnt that when I'm stressed/anxious I like to stroke my beard in thought in an attempt to calm my thoughts. The trigger point for the pulling behaviour seems to be me finding some sort of irritation under the beard, which then leads me to focusing on one spot, then leads to finding 'odd feeling' hairs, then the pulling behaviour, to then finding more odd hairs, to the eventual bald spot and then finally the sad of process of shaving the beard off and waiting for it to all grow back and starting again. I have tried a range of things like fiddle toys, rings - trying to keep my hands busy, but they didn't always seem to work or they weren't always around. Enter Seven Potions. I have been using this product now for two months - my beard is as thick as it ever has been and it has allow me to get on top of my Trichotillomania. Why I think this product works so well for me: 1) The irritation on my skin (I have very sensitive skin) and beardruff are a thing of the past. 2) It has smoothed out my beard and changed the texture to the extent I am aware of when I'm stroking it and it has removed the prominence of the odd feeling hairs so it has killed the pulling behaviour. 3) It smells really good and its made all natural products. I cannot recommend this product enough. If you are struggling with Trichotillomania and your beard is taking an hammering, this could just be the trick for you.

I tried the seven potions beard oil and didn't think it was that good.but ithink this balm is good.it smells nice and not to strong.its good at keeping beard and skin feeling soft.it is quite hard when you get it out the tin but it melts easily once rubbed between palms of hands,a little goes a long way.it also gives a nice shine to the beard without making it look greasy.only downside seems to be the expensive price.but as I said a little goes a long way.

The smell and ease of applying this balm is very good, but although it's one of the most expensive ones for sale, I believe in u get what u pay for, and with this that's the case, my beard was coming upto 7 weeks growth and started to ich, it was starting to drive me mad, I was a day or 2 from shaving it off, bought this as a last hail Mary, and after 2 applications, the ich eased and now after using it for a week, it's gone altogether, which is fantastic, my beard is so soft to touch and I can just get on with letting it grow without that horrible ich and dandruff drop you get on your clothes, I very rarely right reviews for products on here as I buy that many of Amazon living in the sticks, just way more less hassle than a 25 mile round trip to town, but had to leave a review for this to save some1 trying to grow a beard, getting that ich and shaving weeks of growth off, worked for me hopefully will work for you.

It's middle of the road. Premium price and the quality is ok but I had expected more. Scent is weird and the texture is sticky and not so nice. Does not feel like natural ingredients it has best described as a synthetic chemical feel to it. Quality of previous brands has lowered so I thought I'd try something new. Thus is not it so my search for a good balm continues...

I was looking to make my beard softer and more manageable. The shampoo smells lovely and makes a nice lather from not a lot of product. It took one wash for my beard to feel softer. Combine that with the beard balm and each day your beard gets lovely, soft and supple. It does a very good job at keeping your beard in place while making it look healthy and soft. Great products, will definitely buying again.

I often have a problem finding a product for my beard that doesn't leave me feeling sickly from the sweet scent; I have finally managed to find the one that is just spot on! I've only tried the woodland harmony so far, but just like a good after shave, the smell soon disappears for me but others around can indeed smell it. It's a very light forest-like smell that is very easy on the nostrils. In terms of caring for the beard and the skin underneath, so far it seems to be doing a great job. My beard looks healthier and the skin underneath feels softer. Recommended!

Have tried quite a few beard balms recently and was concerned this would be quite hard to apply if that makes sense, as others I have had are quite hard until well warmed - though I am glad to confirm that this stuff feels and looks like melts in the hand therefore easily absorbs into your beard. Great smell (woodland harmony purchased) Though I am going to give the citrus version a try on next purchase for a fresher whiff and include the oil too :) Overall, not cheap but a good product and you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Il balsamo da barba della Seven Potions Woodland Harmony e un ottimo alleato per un grooming quotidiano della barba . Abbinato allo shampoo per barba e all'olio per barba della stessa casa produttrice (entrambi nella stessa profumazione nel mio caso) funge da ottima base per dare ulteriore nutrizione alla barba e per donarle una discreta azione di styling grazie alla sua durezza di consistenza . Il prodotto si presenta molto duro e va scaldato in mano prima della applicazione a barba asciutta . Seven Potions e un brand che ha dato una svolta eco friendly e cruelty free alla sua linea , cosa che va sempre apprezzata , che rende i prodotti ovviamente 100% bio . La profumazione è molto particolare , note di bosco e di legno che rappresentano ottimamente il nome del balsamo , forse non è una profumazione per tutti , io l'ho gradita molto naturale , in tutti i sensi . In conclusione è un balsamo che ha molti pro soprattutto se desiderate un balsamo giornaliero che dia morbidezza e adatto per uno styling leggero , naturale e con una profumazione particolare con richiami alla foresta (che può essere visto come unico neo vista la particolarità) .

En mi opinion uno de los mejores balsamos del mercado. Tengo una barba mediana, unos 5cm por debajo de la pera, desde hace 10 años. He probado mas de una docena de balsamos de diferentes marcas, algunos economicos y otros caros, como este, y es uno de los que mejores resultados me ha dado. Tiene una muy buena textura, ni muy solido ni muy liquido, que se derrite facilmente entre las manos y es muy facil de distribuir. No deja una apariencia muy brillosa sino mas bien mate, que a mi en lo personal me gusta mucho. Hidrate adecuandamente, da esa suavidad que todos buscamos y tiene un aroma muy sutil que a mi me es un poco indiferente. En cuanto a fijacion, es mas bien debil. Es suficiente para moldear un poco y que se mantenga durante el dia, pero si buscas algo de fijacion mas intensa para bajar cabellos que se levantan, probablemente no sea el mas adecuado. En comparacion con otras marcas es mas bien caro, pero creo que lo vale si te lo puedes permitir.

Does what it says it will do and smells great.

Works great and makes your beard noticeably softer right from the first use. It melts much easier than other balms that I’ve tried so far and it doesn’t feel greasy. The scent is subtle and manly and it’s by no means overpowering. I normally use it in the morning as at night I prefer using beard oil.
