Great price fab smell

Overall good value compared to brand name refills for the branded automatic air freshener. Only 2 minor issues... 1, if like me you use rechargeable batteries in the automatic air freshener, they don't have the full power to depress the valves in these refills, they seem to be a bit stiffer to press down than the brand name, I use 2500 mah batteries, I get one decent depress rest not much. So will have to use 1.5v AA and not rechargeable 1.2v. 2, the aroma is quite strong, I bought fresh linen, the scent is akin to harpic limescale remover but stronger, but on a plus side the aroma does stay in the air longer than the brand name counterparts. Only knocked it down from a 5 star review to a 4 due to the valves being a bit stiffer.

Nice, clean, fresh, strong scent. The can might dispense a little more per squirt, which is no bad thing. The spray top need pushing onto the nubbins firmly before use. Hold firmly, press down for a squirt and the keep pushing a little harder until it clicks home securely. Good comparable value alternative - £11.05.

I purchased this product as it was a good price. Now that I have tried it, I am not so pleased with it. The reason for my low score is: A: It took a while to get it to work with my Air wick Freshmatic as the spray nozzle was different to the original type and was not attached on delivery. B: I did not like the fragrance (Fresh Linen) as it was unlike any other brand of Fresh Linen fragrance I have ever tried and liked. To me this one was weird and not that pleasant. I won't be purchasing this brand again. On a plus note, my order was delivered on time. UPDATE: Having used this product for a while it stopped working. After investigating the can I found that the propellent had run out and there was still quite a lot of fragrance left in the can. I have now lost any confidence I had in this product. It has now gone past the 'returns window' so I will have to just bin the remaining cans. UPDATE 2: After sticking with it for a while, I have now got used to the fragrance and now quite like it! Only 1 of the 6 cans ran out of propellent and the other 5 were ok. I still find it takes a bit of time to position the can in the right place to get it to spray properly because the spray nozle is a different shape to the original and fitting to the original and you cannot swap them over. I may purchase them again now that I have got used to the fragrance.

Happy with the quality of product

Gawd above. Smells nothing at all like the genuine fresh linen item. More like an old-lady's underwear drawer full of mothballs and pot pourri, with an added whiff of stale urine. Run. Run very fast.
