You NEED these!
PROS:- Cheap for what they are.- Significant Comfort. Spreads force across whole area.- Immediate relief for blisters.- Very good adhesion. Does not shift or peel.- Can be kept on and used for a couple of days.CONS:- Only 5 in a packThese things are amazing. I have two blisters on my foot that are very painful, so much so that its hard to walk. One on the side of my foot just below my big toe and one on the bottom of the heel. I used two of these plasters one for each blister and made sure they were stuck down properly. Immediately it was much easier to walk. Since these plasters have a bit of thickness to them, not only do they protect from friction they also help spread the force throughout the whole plaster so that no one point can take a lot of force.I just went out for a 5 mile jog and there was minimal pain. Not only did they not come off, they didn't even shift at all. When I went back home and had a shower they still didn't come off, shift or peel. I believe I can keep them on throughout the night and even use them for tomorrows jog.EDIT: Plasters lasted 4 days. In those 4 days I did two 5 mile jogs and two 6 mile jogs, and an average step count of 15,000 steps per day before the plaster started to peel up, so I took them off.

Fantastic. Solved blister pain and healed in 4 days.
As someone who has recently taken up running, I developed a blister on the ball of my left foot. This was entirely due to my own stupidity and running in completely unsuitable socks on one occasion.I was recommended Compeed plasters and to say these little things have been a revelation to me would be an understatement.Upon putting one of the plasters on the blister, the cushioning was immediately apparent and I was able to run on it within an hour. The discomfort was gone as the plaster provides a level of cushioning that goes way beyond what one might expect.Furthermore, the brand claims that the plaster is fine to shower in has proven correct. Four day later, after 8 showers, the plaster finally came loose - revealing little of the blister that was once there.Another reviewer said that the plasters they received were not the "Extreme" variant. I have to say that mine were and I've photographed the small plastic box they come in to show this.I genuinely cannot recommend these enough. I'd not hesitate to buy again and will take them anywhere I'm going to be doing a fair amount of walking.

5+days of wear. These are amazing.
As a customer who has purchased the Compeed Extreme Heel Blister Plasters twice now, I can say with confidence that these are a must-have for anyone who suffers from blisters. I made the mistake of wearing Doc Martens across London and ended up with some pretty bad blisters on my heels. Thankfully, I discovered these plasters and they were a game-changer.They provided instant relief as soon as I put them on. The extra cushioning really does make a difference and I was able to wear any shoes without any pain or discomfort, even during exercise. What I really appreciate about these plasters is that they last for several days, which means I don't have to worry about constantly replacing them. And now, I always make sure to keep a few in my bag just in case I need them.Overall, I highly recommend the Compeed Extreme Heel Blister Plasters to anyone who wants fast relief from blisters. They are easy to use, and have allowed me to get on with my life without any pain or issues while they heal. The photo is from 5-days of wear. They really last.

Bit on the pricey side, but they work amazingly well!
Having had enough of painful blisters from my new school shoes, I bought these on a whim, not really sure whether they'd help or not. These are amazing plasters, don't bother looking elsewhere just go for these ones. I had quite a large painful blister, and the large pad instantly eased pain and made it effortless to walk, as if your blister wasn't there in the first place. The cushioning was amazing and it stayed in place well. You do have to be careful when applying the plaster, as if it is done incorrectly then it will come off/damage. On my first attempt, friction between the shoe and the plaster caused a large hole through the middle, but I believe this was to do with the fact that I did not smooth out the plaster fully before applying it. Make sure you know what you're doing as they are quite pricey.I've given this 4 stars because of the price, (I can't see this being very sustainable for walkers) and the fact it comes in a clamshell plastic box in addition to the packaging it is already in, which is unnecessary in my opinion (especially when companies should be looking to reduce plastic!)Regardless, don't hesitate to buy these, whether you're breaking in a new pair of shoes or going hiking, these will do the job excellently!

Perfect plasters
There really isn't much competition when it comes to blister plasters, these best using regular plasters hands down. I've had some nasty blisters in the past from running and wearing new shoes, I always keep some of these handy. They feel like they provide an extra couple of layers of skin, thick enough that you hardly feel any rub after application. They can slip a little when I'm used, I find leaving the plaster to sit for a bit before being active really helps this. Leave on until it's ready to fall off naturally, if you try to remove from damaged skin you could end up taking some of the skin off with it, so best once on to leave on (or soak it off if you really have to). Make sure you air the wound between applications of these as they don't let anything in so you blisters won't be able to breathe. These are expensive and I don't know why they come in odd numbers, but they are worth it

A little pricey, but totally worth it.
I discovered these about 14 years ago when I first started hiking and was given one by a friend after I discovered my boots didn't fit as well as I had thought. I haven't used anything else since. If I'm going on a long hike I will put them on before setting out as a preventative measure against blisters. But they're truly amazing even if you only put them on after the damage has been done. I have once or twice rubbed my heels to bleeding, but pop one of these over the top at the end of the day and you're good to go the following morning with no discomfort. They stay on for days (provided you're not tempted to pick at them), even through a long soak in the bath, and when they fall off you'll find your skin has almost healed. One might even wonder if sorcery were in play. Can't recommend highly enough.

Effective
First of all, I have to say that I have not used these plasters for sports purposes. However, I have used them for walking several miles with my dog. I bought them after buying a new pair of shoes (and I always get blisters on my right foot when breaking them in!)The adhesion on these plasters is excellent, so much so that they still remained in place after two showers on a very hot day. They are very comfortable because whilst they are cushioned, they are not bulky. Therefore, I do not even notice that I am wearing them.I now have to find a heel grip that will be as effective and comfortable as these plasters as whilst I would happily continue to wear them as an alternative, they just would not be cost-effective!

A life saver
I had popped huge blisters on my Achilles in the middle of the season. Usually I don’t have problems with new shoes but this time I had an event and on my way there I could feel that something is not right as the pain was increasing throughout the evening. When I got home and finally rested my feet I realised I have massive blisters that have popped whilst being at the event. Straight away ordered multiple products for this purpose, however, I must say this is what saves my life. I couldn’t wear them for long as I was still training and having games, however, it eased the pain and definitely helped a lot to even to put on the shoes as it was the most horrific pain I have ever experienced. It took me 2 weeks for it to properly heal and this product definitely speeds up the process.

Great for Heel Fissures
Works well for Cracked heels - stays on for a few days with socks on

Too expensive and doesn’t do it’s job well
At a much cheaper price our local Hansaplast does an equally good job at preventing wounds caused by your shoes rubbing behind the ankle. The only advantage is that this apparently imported stuff camouflages well but who cares what it looks like concealed behind your legs. Not worth it.

Best Product I Know Of
This is superior to all products / procedures that I know of and I have a long experience with most. I was convinced after replacing the best dressing that I could devise with Compeed (from a ski guide) which allowed me to complete 12 miles of backcountry skiing and it endured sweaty boots and showers for a week before needing a renewed application. I would send a photo of the wound it healed but it is too gruesome. I will never be anywhere without this in my gear.
