Q: Would it fit a size 14

The one i received wouldn't have fit a size 14. HOWEVER, if you were to use a body shaper (the type with shorts attached, not skirt) which FIRMLY contains the body shape it MAY work. That's what my niece did when she borrowed it from my daughter. The material/fabric is lovely, not flimsy, but not thick enough that if stretched to its limits it won't become see-through and 'wrinkled up', But the fabric will give some so as to follow the contour of your bodyshape. The cut is lovely and flattering, therefore it will look good on you whether u go for your size or a size below with 'shaper-logistics' in place :-). Either way ensure u have plenty of salts in your nurse bag because you may witness many gentlemen faking being ill :-) or so i was told . Hope it helps.
