I absolutely love this mirror, and I am extremely grateful for DEIOVWXS’s excellent customer service. I recently noticed that the lights were dimmer on the mirror even after charging. Because I loved everything about this mirror, I ordered a replacement. I also reached out to the company to see if they might be able to offer some sort of guarantee for my second mirror in case I experienced the same issue. Well, when I received the new mirror, I realized that I had been using the wrong charger; I had been using a similar charger from a different device. Once I used the correct charger, the mirror’s brightness was restored! Although the company was quickly responsive to my email and offered to send me a replacement, free of charge, I no longer need one because I have two mirrors that work perfectly. If you are unsure about buying this mirror, based on my experience, I highly recommend it. The mirror is very clear, sturdy, and the multiple light feature is excellent.

I just had a wonderful customer experience with the company that this lovely mirror came from. I discovered that it did not charge as instructed so the lighting feature did not work. When I reported it to the seller, I received a prompt response and a replacement was sent within a day or two which works perfectly. As a goodwill gesture, I was allowed to keep the old mirror which is still very functional even though it doesn't light up. This really is a handy tool to have around as a beauty aide, especially the side that magnifies 10 times. You can apply your makeup or pluck hairs with ease no matter how good your vision is! El espejo esta muy bien de hecho excelente iluminación y carga muy rápido, sin embargo en mi opinión la medida de la base del espejo es muy chica en comparación con la medida del espejo y se siente qué fácilmente lo puedes tumbar accidentalmente.

Love it and it’s very functional, but I do have to charge it every day, and it dims pretty quickly. When it’s plugged in, the other modes work fine — but the main mode I actually want to use stays dimmed.

The product is sturdy & gives good 3 colour lighting, USB chargeable. It is pricey but I am satisfied with the quality. It is Made in China.
