Surprisingly Good, Bright, Inexpensive Lights with a Simple Gel Holder
I've only tested these out, but they are surprisingly good.I'm powering them from a usb hub with 3 powered ports that can go up to 2.1 amps (each). I'm probably maxing out the hub's power, so at some point I'll switch to actual wall warts, but it's nice to know that if needed, they can be powered from a hub.At their highest level these are bright, like really bright. They have a very basic holding solution for gels, so I ordered a natural skin tone gel (hasn't arrived yet). The gels that come with it are fine if you want to make yourself look blue/purple, etc. It did come with a green gel which I planned to use for lighting a green screen, but it's really not dark enough to the trick. I'll have to buy a true chroma key green gel at some point.Basically you can buy your own gels and cut them to fit - there are small gel "holders" in front of the lights that can take any gel color you want, not just those included. The accessories (tripods, phone holders, ball heads, poll clamps) are...fine I guess. Not the best quality, but they work. The ball heads are actually very stiff (which is good), but they're plastic and probably won't last forever, but it's nice to have extras - same with the tripods. The poll clamps are kind of useless and the phone holders will only work with the supplied poll clamps, so...I guess they can be used in an emergency. The build of the lights are fine but I would treat them with care. The attached cords are 6'.This is the most basic you can get in terms of lights - leds with 10 dimming zones and only white lights that can be altered with gels. No batteries, no colored leds, no magnets, etc.Using these for photography, Zoom calls, podcasting, or filming will be great. They're small, but they can be incredibly bright. For $20 I'm highly impressed.edit: So the new gel arrived and using the gels that came with the lights I measured and cut two gels, one for each light. The gel I got - (Rosco Cinegel Filter #3409 RoscoSun 1/4 CTO - $11) is the most basic thing ever, just a thin sheet of plastic. It was so subtle that I tried two stacked gels in one light and it was perfect. Looking at the gel holders on the lights they could probably handle triple or quadruple stacked gels if needed. Using the gels and the lights on a Zoom call is pretty great. Using the lights avoids the "Villain in superhero/horror movie" look, where one side of your face is dark, the other light. The also provide something similar to the "Touch Up My Appearance" effect in Zoom without making you look like an uncanny valley Barbie or Ken doll. What's also great is having two lights. In my case I really only need one due to natural light on one side of the room lighting half my face, but now my whole face/shoulders look evenly lit. If I use these in a film or for photography it's great to have the pair. I highly recommend these lights and getting good, natural gels - the gels that come with the lights are pretty much primary colors, which can be fun, but for skin tone they can make you look orange or pale (if you use the orange or yellow gels) or like you're sitting in a dentist's office (if you use no gel at all).

Surprised by how bright these are.
I bought these and had them shipped to a locker out of state for an event I was doing. Man an I glad I did. They got the job done. They're fairly bright and I think at the right price point. I bought a set of similar lights that were a bit larger. These aren't as bright and don't provide enough coverage but they do win on portability.Don't know about the durability yet. Time will tell. They were just what I needed in a pinch.

Affordable and effective
I bought these to help light minimize shadows on my green screen and they work great. You can increase or decrease light intensity as well as aim the light anywhere you like. I wish the powercables were longer but that is easily fixed with an extension cord. Cheap but they definitely get the job done.

Nice little light set!
I bought these to try as I recently became part of a youtube channel. I got them for backlight and subject light. I'm still learning but they definitely lit me up! I like the stands which are pretty sturdy and all the options to rotate them just how you need them to. The color inserts are cool too although I don't think I'll use more than the frosted and amber ones. When I'm a big youtube star I'll keep these as a reminder to how I got started, until then I will LEARN how to use lighting properly. 😁 If you're looking for something to start out and not super expensive, give them a try. Oh and one more thing, the boxes they come in are pretty sturdy and they fit nicely back in the box in case you want to tear them down and store or travel with them.

Great for the price
Gets the job done. The tightening mechanisms become loose easily and cause the light to shift. For these ease and speed of shipping and the price, this is a good deal.

Quality, performance, versatility, and size
The media could not be loaded. I use these for my social media videos, my beauty station, also my photoshoots…I am a model/actor and these are a simple addition to my photography studio lighting. I love that they come in a pack of 2 and with different color inserts. 10 out of 10!

Highly recommend
I love these lights. Had to buy another set. The filters add so much depth and mood to the photos. Very easy to use and quick set ups. Having the extra set allows for tons of different options.
