Price was right , printing is on point. Nothing to dislike it well worth the money . Until I used it the 4th time and everything went South and you can’t read the lines of print.went back through all the Set up & maintenance requirements and still Not working properly. And now I can even get it replaced. Been a good customer for years! This is wrong..

Do not purchase this printer !!!!!! It is garbage and that's where mine went. It is made of thin materials, It Is difficult to set up,Wont hook up to the laptop, it is slow, the print quality is awfull. The ink it came with ren out after 3 weeks. I ordered emspms ink , it will not recognize the ink cartridge whatever that means, I have spent countless hours trying to get this printer to work, had 2 other people try to set it up. Researched the procedure on the internet and epsome site. Yes i have the manual. It felt so good to put it in the trash. Consider yourself warned. I hate writing reviews, but this one deserves a bad review.

Great printer/scanner/ fax!

This printer works great and is satisfactory for personal use. However, it rapidly uses the ink in the cartridges and they need to be replaced often. Also, even though you may print only in black and white, the printer will also be using some amount of ink from the color cartridges. The print quality is good but if you do a lot of printing, the cost of the cartridges will be prohibitive. I would recommend this printer only for occasional personal use.

Purchased WF -2960. Great value, easy to set up. Print quality excellent, print speed is great, double sided printing is fast. Printing not loud.

Disappointing! Out $100+ in ink after 3 trials of ink to finally determine that the yellow ink dispensing jet must not be working on this printer. ****This was typed in early July, 2024**** It's past the return window. It worked just fine for the first 2-3 months, then quality dropped the last week to find badly colored copies. After an occassional color printing job, I finally replaced the original Epson yellow printer cartridge with the generic ink cartridge. No yellow. I retried loading it 5/6x on about 3 different occassions, still no yellow. I bought Epson brand ink and still no yellow ink is printing onto the pages. This was not a good first-time trial for me to try Epson. I had much better luck with my HP! ***update*** It's now Oct 2nd, spent MORE money on ink to try "self-cleaning," a procedure that Epson says to keep repeating until the nozzle isn't clogged. After repeated attempts, the yellow ink nozzle is still plugged. Each nozzle "self-cleaning" uses ink from all 4 cartidges when it does it. So I've replaced ink cartridges several times without being able to use it for print job. Alao, the printer won't print black or color if just one color is empty. I've tried to use it just for black and white copies, but it won't print anything if a color ink cartridge is needing replaced. This is rediculous. I'm going to attempt to contact Epson to have it sent directly to them. I bought this in March, was gone traveling all summer and am now fed up with the Epson printer. I purchased an HP printer and it's working beautifully! The ink refills might be more expensive, but it prints 🖨 as it says it will, consistently for at least 5+ years. So Epson has sealed me back onto HP. I'll be glad when I'm done with this rediculous EPSON mistake.

Love my Epson , works fast. Screen easy to use. Downfall uses ink up fast.

Depuis que j'avais acheté cette imprimante, j'avais utilisé le premier encre qui était venu avec l'imprimante et quand l'encre est fini, j'ai déjà fait deux achats d'encre sur l'Amazon pour remplacer mais l'imprimante refuse d'imprimer avec l'encre mais elle imprime les papiers blancs.

Atrasou a entrega, não gostei, imprimir quatro páginas e já acabou a tinta. Não gostei e me arrependi de comprar.

If you are getting this then I belive you are printing very very very often. If yes, this review is not for you. Pros: This printer has a lot of technology in it. Lot's of options to connect to it and lots of wireless features like cloud upload, email to print, etc. Also, the print quality is decent if not the best I would say. Clear scans (read more ahead). Cons: With the good things discussed, this machine is just a money grabber created by epson. The Cartridges, dry up faster than any spirit. The initialization ones are a gimmick which will print higher quality prints. I ordered the expensive replacement cartridges original epson, the print quality is different. The wireless connection takes ages to print scan or copy as well. After printing a couple of papers , the cartridges are already at half, if this is how it works, the printing cost per paper is way too high than what is claimed by the company. Most of the time, the system times out or paper gets stuck in automatic paper feeder for scanning. What I don't understand is if the features are not stable, why release such gimmicky features at low prices? Stay away from these kind of money mongers from Epson and rather invest in an entry level laser or chose other brands. I've used, other brands in the past and even entry level one's are not this bad. Edit: After 5-6 months, even the tech and connectivity options are not so reliable. Scanning a document takes multiple attempts and sometimes 10 minutes to just be able to scan a single document. Once my cartridge dried and the scanner stopped working too. No ideas why. Replaced the cartridge and everything started working. I’ve moved to a base hp printer and I’m much satisfied as it served the purpose.
