I also found the Edward Designer website helpful, as the ITIL 4 Foundation study notes available on there for free helped me to structure and sense check my own notes. I also purchased Jason Dion's six ITIL 4 Foundation practice exams (available on Udemy). If you download the Udemy app, you can practice these on your phone. To summarise, purchasing this guide has helped me to build up a good understanding of IT service management that will enable me, in my current role as a project manager, to better support digital transformation, and I'd definitely recommend it to others.
