My older over the ear condensor microphone finally broke after 4 years. This one was terrific, and worked well and with very good sound quality. (My older one was a Shure, and much more expensive. This had just as good quality at a fraction of the price.)

I have bought a bunch of these over the years because with the right eq, they sound just as good as the same mic that sells for $70+. What I do is VERY carefully rebend it to fit in my ear rather than around the outside. Don't make any fast moves or sharp bends if you want to do this. My rule is no less than 1/2" bend and make the bends in different places about 1/16" apart as you are making the bends.

These mics worked well for our community theater group. Unfortunately some of the actors wound them too tightly around the transmitters, putting strain on the connectors, and two of them failed within the first few weeks. Not bad, considering we got eight for less than the cost of one Shure or Sennheiser.
