I read the other reviews on these compresses and decided this might be a good investment in time and money....if they worked. I am happy to report that they did. While some people put them on at night, I decided to try them in the morning, for I often wake up with dry eyes and want to keep the effect going during the day. Pros: (1) These compresses are convenient, and easy to apply. I keep them in my night stand, remove the compress from the scored package, gently open the folded mask and slip its loops around my ears; (2) The warmth is instantaneous, soothing, and long lasting. They are soft and wonderfully comfortable. I add an extra 20 minute to my morning routine to use these compresses, but what a wonderful way to start your day. I think of it as my spa time, for I'm snug as a bug in a rug while the soothing warmth relaxes me. When I wake up, my eyes are dry and feel gritty. After my "treatment," they are grit-free and ready for my morning. True, later in the day I add eye drops to my regimen, but I find I don't need them as often. I believe this might be because while enjoying the emitted warmth, I gently massage my eyelids to distribute the natural oils that the heated compress releases; (3) great to have along when traveling, especially on business trips. While away from home, I do switch my routine to a night application, but the effect is the same. Con: They're a bit pricey....but worth it. I highly recommend this product.

My New Go-To for Styes My Review: I am prone to styes, so I've spent plenty of time reheating washcloths over the years. While that works, it's messy, cools down quickly, and can be a hassle. These self-heating eye masks have been a game changer! They warm up on their own, stay warm much longer than a washcloth, and are incredibly relaxing. I use them whenever I feel a stye coming on, but I've also started using them at night just to unwind before bed. The gentle heat feels amazing on tired, dry eyes. They're individually wrapped, making them perfect for travel or keeping in a nightstand so they're always ready when you need them, super easy to travel with! Pros: Self-heating—no microwave or hot water needed Great for dry eyes and styes Stays warm longer than a washcloth Very relaxing before bedtime Individually wrapped and travel-friendly Convenient and mess-free Cons: None for me Final Thoughts: If you struggle with dry eyes or recurring styes, these are absolutely worth trying. They've made treating my eyes so much easier, and now I even use them simply to relax after a long day.

The warmth of these eye pads is so relieving to my burning eyes. The “glasses” fit comfortably over my eyes and stay warm for the full 15 minutes. When my treatment is complete my eyes feel moist and comfortable. No more constant blinking in attempt to moisten my eyes.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I am so pleased with these eye compresses, I just had to share a few comments. After trying many different kinds of eye compresses for styles over the last year, I am truly obsessed with these. I’ve tried several microwave types, that work ok for a few times, then burst in the microwave (and that is with following the directions, not over heating). Then the plug in type, not really fitting close enough to my eyes, and not warm enough, in my opinion. These, however, when opened from the pouch, warm right up to a perfect heat, place ear loops over ears, and lay back for much comfort. They are SO convenient and don’t require a microwave, especially when traveling. Just leave a few in the nightstand. The heat is very soothing, can feel some moisture to it, and heat lasts a VERY long time. I do though need to slightly press on the patch so that it touches my eyes, and then it kind of molds to how I want it to fit. I put one on at night, right before I go to bed, and usually fall asleep with it on. In the morning, I put one on and leave it on for 20- 30 mins, then actually will move it to my lower back or neck area to get relief from lower back pain and/or neck pain….win/ win in my opinion! The heat lasts for a good total hour, in my experience! I currently use them morning and night, but when I get over this style, I plan to use them once a day just for comfort and to keep my eyes healthy and keep the meibomian glands open and not get clogged. Highly recommend for treatment of styles, and overall health of the eyes!

These are amazing and feel great when you have a stye! They automatically warm up when you open them up and take a couple minutes to get to temp. They feel so good on my eyes and help to improve my eye when I have a stye. They’re perfect for on-the-go, too! While they are amazing and do a good job, they are not as good as a good old warm compress or the kind you heat up in the microwave.

These self heated compresses warm up very quickly to the perfect temperature, staying warm for over 45 minutes! They mold to the eye and along with the comfortable ear attachments, stay in place without worrying about them sliding off. The wet washcloths I was using cooled off after a few minutes and were a real hassle to continually warm in the microwave. Yes, they are a little pricey but hoping they relieve the little white bumps on the inside of my eyelids. Too soon to know if they will. I was also pleased to receive a $10.00 voucher off my next purchase. They will be easy to pack for travel and so simple to use. I am a very pleased buyer so far.

Love these. I have suffered with dry eye from years of wearing contact lenses and now post cataract surgery. I was told by my ophthologist to use hot compresses, but they were messy and a washcloth didn't hold the heat long enough. I also thought about getting one of the masks that heats up and can be reused, but was told that the heat and repeated used makes them susceptible to mold and bacteria growth, which can cause other eye issues. I found these and they are wonderful. I wash off my eye makeup as usual, wipe my eyelids with OCUsoft lens wipes, the light blue ones that don't have to be rinsed. Take two fish oil capsules and then put this mask over my eyes right before I go to bed. In the morning, I just throw it away. They are self heating and last the correct amount of time. They are soothing and block out light while I'm trying to sleep. Especially helpful when my husband is looking at his phone. This routine has helped my eyes so much. They are perfect, but so much better. I also use Refresh Relieva PF drops as needed, but have found I don't use them too often. The sandy gritty feeling in my eyes is gone, they still water some, but not nearly as often and not on the golf course anymore. These have helped me.

I literally cannot have a good night's sleep without these! I wear contacts while working night shift where the environment can be very drying on my eyes. I also have thinner eye lids so any light, even with black out curtains (there can be cracks of light shining through), I have a hard time sleeping. This cover so well! Even after having tried the slightly weighted black out masks masks because they become so cumbersome during sleep. I know that with these, they are comfortable, light weight, and flexible enough to not be such a tight fit on my face. These help me get to sleep faster and knowing that there is the benefit of heat that helps with my dry eyes when i go to bed makes using these even better! I have purchased a box at least 5x and now these are a non-negotiable for home sleep, travelling, and taking to work if I need a nap. Great job CorneaCare!

These pads are great for someone who doesn't have a microwave. They heat up fast and last a long time, I have had to throw them out before the heat dissapated was very warm too long.

Fantastic for tired and dry eyes and useable anywhere due to its self heating properties. The heat is good and lasts for about 20-25 minutes. Very good product and will buy again.
