Tastes great! Love the lemonade flavour. None of the aftertaste you usually get with artificial flavors. I actually didn't ready well and thought I was only getting 1 container but so happy it's 3 because the expiration date is far away and it tastes good. Haven't noticed any effect on my energy levels and when mixed with cold water it is awful to dissolve. I do a small amount of water in the microwave and mixed it with that before adding to the large container. It dissolves easily in warm water. Love the calorie count in comparison to the taste and flavour, definitely worth it. Excellent quality and will be buying again. Sizes are good, especially for 3 instead 1.
