Neutrogena products at the top of my list
I have mature and fair complexion, so I am particular about what I put on my skin.Neutrogena is not disappointing. The benefits of Hyalronic Acid, Caffeine, and Peptide complex will benefit your complexion. The product is fragrance, Paraben, Phthalte, and dye free. And did I mention it’s not tested on animals.. it only takes a small amount in the morning and at night around the cleansed eye area.It absorbs well into the skin and it’s not leave a film. I have no negative comments to make about this product. I will continue to use it if I give you a five star rating.

States it helps reduce puffiness around eyes; I can tell it helps some, but even after using 6 weeks it doesn’t give results I had hoped for. However, I still use daily for that ‘small’ difference. Makes skin soft & moisturizes well.
