These Helped My Son Stop Bed-wetting
Yay! After only about a week of using these water-proof diaper covers (underpants covers), my 7 year old son was able to finally stop his bed-wetting. Pull-ups didn't help at all, they just soaked up the urine and he would sleep through the night without realizing he had peed. The answer was to allow him to feel the wetness while wearing these covers over his underpants (and the covers were great since he didn't leak through them). After a few nights of waking up because he felt wet, he was able to wake up and use the bathroom and eventually woke up dry! He now can sleep through the night without wearing them and when he wakes up, he just goes right to the bathroom.

Work well but run large
I have a special needs child who is 4 and about 35 pounds. He is still in diapers. We bought the XL based on the sizing and they are HUGE on him! He is a tall and skinny 4 year old, but still. We're trying the size large next. However, even being way too big for him, they definitely helped us with his overnight diaper. Usually it is sopping by morning and so sheets have to be changed almost every day. This helped keep the fluid from leaking onto the sheets so we'll just try a different size for now.

Dappi help my potty training toddler stay dry through the night!
My daughter just turned 3. She is tall and weighs 35 pounds. She is potty training. She wears panties in the day time with little to no accidents. At night she still wets the bed, so I have her sleep in pullups. I decided that this is my last box so I went looking for an alternative. I discovered Dappi. I read the reviews and decided to order them. I went with the XL. My daughter wears size 4T panties and has thick thighs. I was concerned that the leg opening would be too tight. The xl fit perfectly. The first night I used it, she peed. How ever, when I picked her up, her pjs and the bed were completely dry. While changing her I noticed the Dappi was dry to the touch on the outside. I took it off, her panties were soaked. But there were no leaks. I rinsed the Dappi and let it air dry. I am so pleased with this product that I had to come back and leave this review and order 2 more sets.

I do not recomend using waterproof pants when potty training with cotton underwear
I bought the item in Aug 2011, before starting the potty training with cotton underwear. We started the potty training mid December 2011, when I had vacation to concentrate on the training and my son was 25 months old. The nylon pants did not hold well urine, maybe they were too big around the legs, I don't know. Also they retain moisture from the body, which is not good for the skin. After 2 uses I decided to go with underwear alone. We had accidents of course, so I recommend using potty training pads - cotton from one side and plastic on the other when the child sits somewhere so you don't have to wash your couch, chair or rug. It took a month for my son to learn to hold, and when having accidents we pees little and finishes the rest in the restroom so it is not so horrible. I used diapers when in the car, and when he sleeps. Then I noticed the diaper is dry when going to run errands (1-2 h), now we only put diaper when he sleeps. Even going to museum for 6 hours (including the time in the car) was OK, he used the tot potty 4 times in the museum. Bottom line, there is no need to buy this item.

Too big, leaked through leg holes
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Got xl based on the size chart from manufacturer and was 2 sizes too big at least. She wore today for a outing ( she is mostly potty trained) but she had an accident and it leak through. So is not useful at all at this point.

Paired with absorbent cotton training underwear, works great
Purchased this for a 4 yo who occasionally wets the bed as a cheaper alternative to wearing pull ups every night. Works just as well! Had a few night time accidents and no leaks yet.

Help little ones feel better about potty training!
Bought these XL to go over my 2yr old husky build grandsons underwear for potty training. He is about 3 foot 2 inches tall and 40 pounds. They balloon out. He had a pee accident but thankfully no mess anywhere! I saw reviews of puddles in the plastic pants. Maybe use some paper towels to soak up before taking off. These are meant to go over diapers for extra protection and over training pants or underwear for potty training. We will use pull ups for night until he remains dry since these are just a safe measure for couches, car seats and such. Remember to take your child to the potty frequently for training. The key is to catch pottytime before it happens in the pants. There are some cool potty watches avaible too. We have ours set for every 30 minutes. I will hand wash plastic covers with mild detergent and hang to dry. May order another pack if they continue to hold up. I didn’t rate absobancy great because they do not absorb as I never expected them to.
