The seller is selling the Chinese version, and the product requires an app to operate. However when the app is installed and I tried to connect, it showed an error saying that the device is not designed for this region and it simply bricked the device. 2 stars because the product is actually good (as per my online research).

Awesome product and personalized responsive service
The water fountain exceeded expectations. Its quiet and my cat loved it instantly. Its silent, easily pairs with the app where you can see information and control the modes.Also important noting that the customer service was fantastic. I misunderstood the installation instructions and sent a msg late evening on Saturday which is a weekend. All the auto response stated that the working day were weekdays, the customer service surprisingly responded instantly and took time to understand my concern and shared installation instructions and advice to help solve the misunderstanding.I am confident to recommend the product and the company.

Easy to clean and no chin zits!
Easy to clean. Really quiet. Nice app design. No chin zits on the kitty! I've had this for 2 months and I'm pleasantly surprised! I didn't know if the cat would like it or if she would get chin zits like from fountains before. It's been a huge success. Easy of cleaning and re-assembly is a breeze. Most importantly, the cats loves it, and drinks more water now.The only downside I can think of is being powered by a USB cable, and not including an adapter for the wall. Luckily, being an old iPhone user, I had plenty of adapters laying around.

After 2.5 years it’s still LIKE NEW with multiple cars n dogs
Owned 2 years and 6 months. Zero issues. Pump working great. Cats n little dogs love it. Takes only a few minutes to wash!Ppl who say pumpDidn’t last. MAYBE it’s because it’s working too hard? Idk. Every 2-3 weeks I rinse pump and little black filter and rinseWipe everything out refilling with clean filtered (I use my berkey) water (yes I use the filters as well with this). Sometimes the top filter has a bunch of pet fur on it so I clean it off as well. Don’t try to use the filters in anything you own ever too long. Although you may think water tastes ok and all looks good, there may be parasites so always change filters regardless of what you think. Stock up ahead of time so you’ll be ready.(unlike me).I’d rebuy and in fact I think I might to add another as we have a bunch of pets..oh yes! If you have fans like box fans or a strong vent or ceiling fan etc the water will evaporate faster so check daily!I love it! It washes like brand new. Stainless is unnecessary imho. This always looks brand new and perfect despite our messy animal filled house!
