The media could not be loaded.  This was a $20 gift to me from drunk me. Drunk me has good taste. The tank is huge! And it’s basically a bucket so you have to really try to overflow it. Condensation drips back into the tank. You can fill it from the top. The low setting provides a generous mist. The high setting could probably make clouds in your house. The light is a calm dim blue, it just makes a gentle trickling water sound. Drunk me bought 2… maybe one for the nightstand and one for the office? I’ve owned others that just made a big water mess and would sometimes just drain onto the counter and were hard to fill and impossible to clean. Not this one… just the opposite… maybe I’ll buy more. Drunk me will know what’s best.Update: One of them is still awesome. The other runs for a minute, flashes lights, and then turns itself off. :(Update: One of them is wonderful, the second one failed. The company responded within minutes and refunded it. I’ll order another one.

This worked great for daily use. I want out of town for 2 weeks, then waited another week before I filled it with water. I hasnt worked since my vacation. I called customer support followed their instructions to completely dry it out, still will not produced mist. Works great as a night light but that's it.I originally had given this two stars however after reading more reviews I'm under the belief that the company knows they have a faulty product and just hope that customers get one that works.And all the tricks I have read in here including those I got from customer service did not work. It's a bad product and it's 50% chance that you'll get an item that will last longer than a few months. Do not buy.

Love this thing! Keeps the air hydrated since it gets extremely dry with the heater on. It lasts a really long time. I enjoy not refilling it every single time I use it. The only con would be when you’re taking out the top to refill it water gets stuck on it. You have to wait for it to drip out so I can expel all the water in it but other than that it’s great.

Been using this for about a week now. I really liked this unit initially. It is quiet, easy to clean, and easy to fill. I would have liked a more tactile control button or a knob control, but that's not a deal breaker. It is just a bit inconvenient if you are trying to find the control button in the dark, even with the built-in night light on. However, as this was priced lower than most other units, I was willing to put up with a minor inconvenience.The unit has 3 mist settings: high, medium, and intermittent. High and medium work great, though the water needed to be refilled within less than 24 hours. In the intermittent mode, however, the unit will mist for a couple or a few hours, then shuts off for no apparent reason. Pressing the control button will power it back on, only for it to turn itself off again a while later if intermittent mist is selected. This is a major drawback which made my purchase of this unit somewhat regrettable. I don't like giving negative reviews but am making an exception in this case as this seems to be a recurrent problem with this product.Since I still have a couple more weeks to decide on whether to return/exchange this product. I dislike the hassle of returning an item, but who knows. If anything changes, I will update this review accordingly.

BOUGHT AND RETURNED A DIFFERENT MODEL BECAUSE YOU HAD TO TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN AND DETACH THE WATER PART TO PUT WATER IN. THIS ONE IS FANTASTIC, WORKS GREAT, VERY EASY TO USE. COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED.

I like the big water tank, 3 mist selectionsand the fact it's very quiet.Don't like the fact the 3rd mist option doesn't work and shuts down the machine within 60 seconds of selection. I have started at the highest level and slowly moved to the low mist selection where it always turns off the machine.

It was a gift. Person says it is great.

The humidifier is both quiet and effective at controlling the humidity level in our home would purchase more of their products
