Q: Could we have some size guidance, like inside leg and waist measurements

I bought medium at the end of Nov ‘22. I’m a 32 leg and between 32 and 34 waist depending on brand (slim with a slight beer belly, age 46). Fits perfectly and I’ll also add this is the best legging/undertrouser I’ve owned. So good I bought two more as part of a top and bottoms set
