Samsung Galaxy Note 8 / Note8 LED View Wallet Case, Orchid Gray

I had this for my note 4 (a different version) for a few years and it was great. While it stopped working after about a year, it continued to provide a nice space for 3 cards for me in that older version. This new version is improved, feeling almost velvet soft and the interior so far can only hold two cards. What is cool/new is that the Note 8 now has a specific menu for customizing the LEDs on this cover....so you can choose present symbols to show when certain contacts call you or you can create your own LED design using the 50 x 30 LED grid guide inside the menu of the phone. I also like that this version mount using a turtle shell tray style, instead of the old version where you removed the rear cover and affixed it to teh back of the phone. This is a good cover for your note 8.

I like the fact that I don't have to open the cover to see who is calling or to talk on the phone. I just wish the cover had a snap , just in case you drop your phone the cover would not fly open. It really doesnt protect the phone that well. Or I would give it 5 stars.

It looks great and cool with showing time and musical bars showing on the cover. I dropped hard on the floor few time but didn't get any damage.

Great cover for a faulty note8

I'm enjoying this case, however I just wished that it displayed the callers name even when placed in a group. Only the icon assigned shows, which makes you have to open the phone to see which person is actually calling.
