Aylio Coccyx Seat Cushion | Back Support, Tailbone Relief, Washable Cover (Black)

I did not really have much of an expectation before I purchased this product. However, it has won me over. I drive over 50,000 miles a year and my back absolutely kills me most of the time. I had been going to the Chiropractor several times a month. I have used this product now for several months and about 12,000 miles. Finally, relief. This does work. I would honestly state that it has cut my pain occurrences down about 80%. Yes, there are still some times if I drive a 800 miles run in a day. However, even then the pain is not as intense. The Chiropractor? I have not been to an appointment yet.

Cushion arrived as promised. It is helpful, but I am disappointed that it is not deeper.

My company bought everyone pricey ergonomic chairs resulted in horrible sciatic pain for me. I couldn't sleep at night because my leg pain was so intense. I was desperate so I thought I'd try this cushion. It relieved the pain after the first day of use. This cushion worked for me and it was a worthwhile investment. I'm so glad I tried it.

Seat too small and I am a small guy!

Works okay on firm surfaces which cause it to flatten out more. For 275 lb male, it's not wide enough to fit my butt. Wanted it because of tailbone pain when sitting for more than 20 minutes. When used in the truck driver's seat or in a cushioned chair, it's not wide enough, and won't flatten out due to the chair's cushion. Feels like sitting up on a lumpy pillow in the truck. Does not help taibone then. Might be good if it were a lot wider. Still searching for something better.

Sciatica is my problem, so this isn’t the perfect solution. To benefit from it I rotate it to take pressure off the left hip joint while driving. It’s shaped to do a different job, and being fairly firm it puts pressure above and below the joint. I should have found something more pillowy. For its intended purpose it seems it would be fine.

This is an excellent product! Over 20 hours of airplane seat time and his rear side all but smiled. Not much beats a happy bottom.Suggestion is to add a way to hook it to the backpack for easier transport amidst airline travel.

Works great in an airliner, Citabria, Waco,Cessna, Airbus aircraft or whatever you may want additional height and support to fly the aircraft. Comparable in support to very expensive cushions at half the price.
