CalphalonClassic Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware

Received these about 2 weeks ago and we could not be happier. They are well built and extremely easy to clean. The handles are braded on not screwed. The handles get warm to hot the closer you get to the pan itself but if you put a comfortable grip on the handle it is not hot just warm not hot at all. Nothing sticks to the pan and after letting them cool a bit just run warm water into the pan and everything washes right off. Take care of them and they should last a long time.

These skillets are the best of the best, they heat up swiftly, do not burn the food (assuming you know how to fry) and give a nice browning to whatever you want to sauté.

The 10" pan is all you want from a nice, nice-stick pan. Thick walled, even heating, fast heating, durable. The handle remains cool, and despite the thickness of the walls it's not heavy. So all in all, and excellent pan.However, don't buy the set. While the 10" pan is pretty much perfect, the 8" pan's handle is about 2" too short. At first I couldn't figure out why they'd do this, then I realized that if the handle was the appropriate length, the pan would fall over. The handle is so short it's almost unusable, as it gets too hot that close to the pan. And I don't have very large hands.This would be a 5-star product if not for the handle length of the 8" pan.

My last Calphalon 8-inch skillet with the anodized surface finally surrendered to surface scratches after two years of everyday use, probably due to my using a regular fork. This pan says it can be used with regular utensils, but it's best to use soft ones meant for non-stick pans. Also, the stay cool handle is shorter than the handle on my last skillet so beware and use a potholder.

I quit buying cheap non-stick cookware after my first Calphalon pan. This one is as good as the others I have. It heats fast and evenly, browns food nicely, and is easy to clean.I hesitate to call any non-stick pan "scratch resistant", but these are as good as any and better than most. With a little care they last many times longer cheaper non-sticks.

If you have glass top stove, we don’t recommend this. It’s bottom get uneven especially after heating. It gets wobbly. I don’t think it would be an issue if you have gas.

Great pan but this one has more rounded edges than flared out ones so it holds more water and so is not as good for searing as the old design. Still love using it to make omelettes and other stuff, easy to clean, and the heat distribution is excellent, I just wish I didn't scratch my old one =( it was my go to for yeeeears

Llegaron 3 días antes de lo esperado, estoy En México City, super bien empacados y protegidos. Son de excelente calidad pesan, sin llegar a ser estorbosos. Si preparas alimentos sin aceite llegan a adherirse un poco pero con el paso de la cocción comienzan a despegarse solos. Si lo usas con cantidades pequeñas de aceite son una maravilla, nada se les pega. Hay que ser cuidadoso al lavarlos y no someterlos a choques de temperatura para mayor durabilidad del teflón. Excelente producto, altamente recomendado.
