It’s bitter and it lingers for a bit. The first time I tasted it, I didn’t think I would continue with it, but I’ve gotten used to it. Shake it well and that helps some. I take it before eating or drinking and sometimes I take a spoonful of manuka honey after and it’s bearable. Not as unpleasant as you get used to it.
