This one is very effective.

Don’t compare it with sleeping pills. Can be taken to improve sleep cycle or treat insomnia. Good thing is i don’t see any side effect.

I’ve not tried melatonin from a lot of brands, Nature’s Bounty is the second brand I’ve used for melatonin and the results are just as claimed. Thanks.

This allowed me to setup a proper sleeping and capsules need to be taken for 2/3 days or sometime a week for a routine to be established. Keep in mind though that you'll wakeup early as your circadian clock will reset, so sleep early and do not fight the urge to sleep. Takes effect in about 30 minutes to 1 hour. (Would definitely recommend but need to have patience and ensure sleep hygiene)

Not as expected its creat head ache in the morning if for any reason you can't sleep even after taking it. After taking it for one our its effective but later seems not effective. Interestingly there is no MRP printed on bottle so on what basis seller is claiming Rs 2400 price and offering huge discount.

I've had sleeping issues since I was a child. Nothing ever seemed to work. Tried normal melatonin and all the other supplements. Tried various prescriptions that made me dead tired the next day or that made me uncomfortably drowsy. This is, without a doubt, the only thing that has consistently worked. It's not perfect, its not 100%, but its definitely like 90% success rate. I can feel a relatively gentle drowsiness about 30-40 minutes after taking it and, for the most part, does keep me sleeping throughout the night. Again, its not perfect- especially if you're like me and have a hyperactive nighttime brain. But, it really is the only thing that has helped. My only gripe is that it seemingly isn't sold in stores anymore? I've checked everywhere across multiple cities and states that I've lived in over the past few years and for some reason its only available online now.

This stuff really works! I like how it’s a dual release melatonin, so it really helps you fall asleep and STAY asleep, moreso than regular melatonin. Doesn’t give you a hungover feeling in the morning. Just helps you sleep better!
