This allowed me to setup a proper sleeping and capsules need to be taken for 2/3 days or sometime a week for a routine to be established. Keep in mind though that you'll wakeup early as your circadian clock will reset, so sleep early and do not fight the urge to sleep. Takes effect in about 30 minutes to 1 hour. (Would definitely recommend but need to have patience and ensure sleep hygiene)

Received a bottle with cracked lid. Seal was not broken but this is not acceptable and is in fact, suspicious.
