I have been suffering from chronic UTI's over the past year and have been off/on antibiotics almost every other month. I had just gotten off of an antibiotic last week and got another UTI & was not comfortable getting on another antibiotic so soon. I also have heard great things about Happee & wanted to try it for a prevention method. I have been taking Happee since Friday & I am writing this on Sunday and am happy to report that my UTI is pretty much cleared (am still monitoring symptoms). I took a bit more than the recommended dose (I read on another website that for an active UTI I should take 2000 mg every 2-3 hours, wait 45 minutes drink water, use the restroom repeat for 3 days) & it has worked! I will absolutely be purchasing again and am excited to see how Happee will work as a preventive measure for my recurrent UTI's especially after seeing how well it has worked for my active one. Also they taste incredible & are so easy to take since they aren't a big pill or a nasty tasting powder! 10/10.

This supplement worked as described and it worked quickly. It was a good size for a chewable supplement and it has a nice citrus flavor. It doesn’t leave a bad taste in your mouth and didn’t affect my stomach. I felt that it was very effective and would purchase this again.

I suffered from a string of increasingly bad UTIs in college - since then it's been on and off and I've come up with a preventative routine that mostly works for me. Even with this routine, I've talked with my doctor about having a standing prescription for antibiotics (because when you know, you KNOW, and going to a clinic to get tested while you're suffering is awful). I always consider antibiotics a last resort for UTIs - I don't like the side effects and I'd rather solve the problem using more gentle methods, since I've had a lot of success this way. Enter Happee! I had never heard of d-mannose before, but it makes me so much more comfortable having this in my medicine cabinet. Full disclaimer, I haven't added it to my daily preventative routine. I have tried a few tablets to see what they taste like (delicious) and if there are any adverse side effects (nope). My plan is to have a bottle on hand so that if I can feel a UTI coming along, I can blast it away asap and hopefully avoid antibiotics. Thanks Happee!

I have had chronic utis for the past two years especially in the warmer weather months. I hate taking antibiotics just because it’s not so great for you but also the side effects were too much for me. I was looking for a natural alternative to keep the UTIs away. There were plenty of capsules on the market however it is very hard for me to swallow pills that big. The powders seemed like a good choice however it would be time consuming and a little messy for me to do every morning with my schedule. These tablets were the perfect choice for me. They are chewable, small, taste great, and easy to use. Ever since I started using them every single day I have not had a single UTI. I am very happy with the results.

I like that the pills are relatively small and chewable. They taste pleasant also, like a sweeter SweetTart. I chose these as they had ingredients that I knew really does promote urinary tract health. So far, everyone is well.

These have been tampered with. The top poece had a black hair on the inside. It wasnt fully sealed. Very disappointed becsuse the product itself is AMAZING! The product truly does work.
