Ya sea post operatorios o lastimados.Tiene varias piezas que se usan para comprimir o estirar o desarrollar y rehabilitar el movimiento de dedos y mano.Vienen con código de colores que en todos los diferentes productos comparten la misma clasificación, por ejemplo el verde es suave (y en todos los artículos cualquier verde es suave), el Rojo es duro o muy duro y así en general todos los del mismo color comparten esa resistencia. En otros casos vienen con su guía de resistencia o dureza como es el caso de las masillas.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Quite the box full of goodies. Things to help your hands and fingers. Okay folks. Let's get something straight, lol. There is no instructions, zip! Reminds me of a time when I was young and got something in the mail and my folks would want to read the instructions and I would take off and figure it out on my own and folks shaking their heads in confusion. I would be having the time of my life. This box full of goodies gave me the same mindset. Okay here we go. These are my opinions and your more than welcome to try it out yourself. I found the finger bands(ones with the five holes) Blue being easiest, than lime green, then orange being difficult to stretch. Next the rings. Lime green the easiest, than blue, orange difficult( I do exercise to form a sign language c with them). The eggs I found blue, orange, than green being difficult. I than put them outside the box in neat piles and stare at amazement at the therapy putty, lol. Such pretty colors and each are labeled. I only opened 1 of them and it was the xx soft one. After I played with everything else, this putty was like melted butter in my hands, so soft. My hands and fingers were in heaven lol. I had a blast opening this box despite the missing instructions, reviews, or the price. I am sure over time this will benefit me and I won't need to look further. I ordered,this kit to do physical therapy on my hand. They are even better than I expected, the oval grip "balls" are far more ergonomic than the typical round ones, so I use all my fingers instead of just the central two and my thumb. And everything is clearly marked as to strength / resistance level so there is no guessing or having to remember what the colors mean.
