I have worn my Moabs in heavy rain and my feet were dry. I have not tried to wash them.

how much do they weigh?

Mine are women's size 10 and with my prescription orthotics, they way just over 2 pounds.

Are these true to size?

I have quite a few pair of Merrell shoes and their hiking/trail shoes run true to size but their "knit " shoes, or everyday shoes run 1/2 size too small and they're extremely narrow...and I have narrow feet! These are a true fit.

Are these shoes waterproof?

No, they are not waterproof. Merrell does make a waterproof version of the Moab 3.
