Does it work on all vhs-c cassettes because it says panasonic on adapter?

Yes, it should. The original Panasonic VHS-C adapter was included with a Panasonic Palmcorder. The Panasonic Palmcorder used VHS-C tapes for recording. At the time, I purchased VHS-C tapes primarily from JVC and Fuji. The adapter works perfectly fine with VHS-C tapes from both of these manufacturers.
