These work great. Really good product for the price. I have them on all my trailers. They hold up to the elements well and I’ve never had issues with them freezing up during the Alaskan winters. I accidentally lost the keys to one and had to cut it off with a grinder wheel. Took me about 15 seconds to cut through it but there’s not many tongue locks out there that can withstand a grinder and certainly none for this price. I doubt a bolt cutter could make it through without serious effort. Having a big yellow lock on the front of your trailer is definitely a good deterrent.

It’s not very durable. If you do the research, all you need is a hammer and you can knock it off. But I guess it’s for the honest criminals. It’s very lightweight. It’s a good design and the right size.

Easy to use, but one of the two keys provided doesn’t work

Honestly, for the price, it's enough to discourage someone from stealing the trailer. can it be defeated by an angle grinder? sure. but for the price, its an easy quick buy that will help deter a trailer theft.
