I purchased this with high hopes, but low expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to find IT ACTUALLY WORKS! Don't get me wrong, there was an adjustment period. It says to take 2 per day and I only take one. Primarily because the first week was a bit rough getting adjusted. I wasn't sure if it was the fact that I wasn't taking my "old" meds for heartburn, or the citrus was getting to me. But STICK WITH IT! It is so worth it. I am now 2 weeks in and I just take one each morning. Haven't had heartburn of any kind in over a week now. Highly unusual for me! I am a fan and will be reordering.

So far so good, I got these to use so I could stop taking an antacid and they have been working. The first couple days I had a bit of acidity because I think my body needed to adjust but now I have no problems

I find that they have helped a little bit with my gerd … they do make me burp a little (which is not great) but leaves my mouth a taste of oranges which is not a terrible thing.

Too bad I had to deal with the lesser of 2 evils. Some people are allergic to D-limonene which is the main ingredient. I was ecstatic until my stomach pains began. It was the first time ever I was free from reflux and I tried everything. Don't be afraid to try it because it works. If you're one of the lucky ones without a side effect like me, you will be shocked that it really works. I sure hope this review helps someone with this horrible affliction. I would not be without it if I didn't get the stomach pain side effect and I'm sure not everyone gets that. Thanks again for standing behind your product and issuing a refund...you're helping a lot of people with this horrible disease.
