I’m a long distance runner and live in a somewhat high altitude region with lots of sunny days. I’m always on the lookout for effective mineral sunscreens that are not too messy and small enough to fit in a hydration vest pocket. I’ve used this product for over a month now.Pros:Perfect size for on the goEasy to apply and not overly greasyConsDefinitely leaves a white cast but most mineral sunscreens do. I have fairly light skin with lots of red undertones so I’m always trying to find the right balance of rubbing the product in enough to not look like I’m wearing clown makeup but not so much that it looses effectiveness.Unsure on its effectiveness. At first I thought it was doing its job despite long (3+ hour) runs with moderate amounts of sweating. However with weather warming up I’m not so sure. My face is starting to get a little red after sunny day runs even though I reapply every 1-2hrs. Not sure if it’s because I’m sweating more or if I’m getting more sun exposure.Overall I really like the product and it’s not marketed as a sweat proof sunscreen so I still give it 4 stars.

Convenient to use and carry with you Also considered reef safe What I really liked was how it stayed in place with no running into my eyes While some have mentioned that this not the most economical product, I will buy again as I have thrown away many other sunscreens for irritating my eyes and skin This was very non irritating and worked well, no sunburn and in my opinion worth the price I would probably use one of their other sunscreens for my body for ease of application For the face this was great

Full disclosure - male perspective.Fair skinned, fry in the sun, previous skin cancer near eye, so sunscreen is serious business for me.Most any screen will work, with exception of near eyes. Products advertised as baby safe and tear-free burn my eyes like hell. Once I sweat or tear up it’s game over. I read that mineral-based blocks like this product work better for application near eyes.This product as shipped amounts to an oversized chapstick. It goes on white and needs to be worked in.The good news? This stuff works like magic. No sun burn and zero eye burn, even after sweating or tears.I use it only around the orbit of my eyes and use cheaper stuff everywhere else. I’ll buy more when I get low.I recommend highly if sunblock is not an afterthought for you. Game changing, for me at least…

This sunscreen is a total win! It glides on smoothly, doesn’t leave a white cast, and feels super lightweight. I used it on a beach trip and didn’t burn at all, plus it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I love knowing it’s reef-safe and made with clean ingredients. It’s my new go-to for beach days!
