Product works and the email product support was excellent.
Three weeks in -----Nice package and tool kit. Initial set up went ok. My first candidates were 1" copper type L pipes on a hot water return circulation loop. I used vaseline. The readings were weird - very low, zero and then they went negative and then positive. My M90 signal strength was not very good. I then got a 'Signal Reverse Error' and an error 0400 and it stopped reading.So I ordered some proper ultrasonic gel; no help.In the interim we replaced the pump (it was old) and when i broke it down we discovered the impeller had no blades on it - hence the negative readings.I sent the vendor all the info and some pix and they got back to me overnight - had me reset to original factory specs and I set everything up again and this time I used the proper gel - they said alway reapply anytime you move it. Worked perfectly.I still get the 'Signal Reverse Error' sometimes if I leave the sensors in place too long on a hot pipe - it dries up. So i add another dab and it works fine again.So far very happy with it.

No Password Provided
Accessing some settings (M42 zero flow reset) requires a password which is not provided. The seller promptly provided the password via email.

Works fine.
The flowmeter works good. I checked with a built in flow meter and tje error was 6% which is good. Of course it has some limits and the measured value is not stable (jumping rapidly and quite high values on the screen) so you need to guess between the highest and lowest number. The exact distance between the two senzor is very important. I think for this price it is a good tool.

Works. But it ain’t fun
Very cumbersome setup. Te included clamps are a total pos and nearly impossible to use without having 4 hands. I threw them out and got ratcheting squeez clamps from the big orange store (or get them for half price at harbor freight) . The small sensors fell apart and I had to glue them back together. But they work. The menu is soooo annoying to use, it takes 5 minutes to set up a pipe size, and then there’s no way to keep te settings as a preset for the next time! (Unless I’m going back to te same pipe.) I’m working on making a few jigs for the sensor spacing to help speed up the setup process , but I can’t do anything about the menu disaster.

Awesome deal, I’m buy one for each of my 6 guys. This one has worked better than my $6000.00 one I bought just a year ago.
