Is this come with oil or not?

No, I bought it and it started making a weird noise. Took it to the shop and they said it had no oil in it. It comes with very little oil inside of it. Thankfully the shop was able to inject it with oil and it runs fine now.

Is this plug and play? Or will i need some kimd of adapter for my 2006 mazda 3 sedan?
