Can I wear these over my socks in my cleats while I play basebal?

Yes! I wear the braces without the straps over socks and in sneakers for the gym or work... the straps may make it a tad tight...? I have done so with looser boots or just the strap without the pull on brace... I like them, sometimes the compression is quite tight and I have to take them off after a number of hours...

What's up with size? they show a size chart. the listing doesn't have what size. many state they ordered a size. others state one size fits all.

When I ordered 4 sizes were available. I ordered a large as I wear Women's 9.5 shoe. Thed size is perfect.
