After trying several other seat cushions and chair pads that have a defined design for the buttocks but were not that comfortable, I am pleasantly surprised that this big thick square is what feels best! It has a soft velure cover that zips off for cleaning. It's supportive firmness yet a soft give supports my back and allows me to sit comfortably at a desk for several hours. I chose it because I needed to see over the computer monitors at church to best run programs for worship, sermons etc. I am 5'4 and about 135lbs and find that after several months, this cushion still feels new and gives me the physical boost to sit higher than the chair allows. I highly recommend!

The hydraulic lift on my old office chair was failing so I bought this cushion to add height while working at my desk. The cushion measurements fit perfectly for my chair with arms - so do note the measurements before ordering. My old chair’s cushion has also become hard, so this new cushion adds firm yet soft comfort while sitting for many hours per day. The cushion stays in place and doesn’t move around. It’s extending the life of my office chair as I’m on a tight budget. The affordable cost of this cushion is much less expensive than buying a new chair.

I bought two of these cushions in black to place on dining chairs because the typical chair cushions with tiebacks simply are not firm enough for sitting on wooden chairs for a long time. They are very comfortable and don't easily slide off the chair due to the rubberized bottom. If you're a short person, you probably will push upon the cushion more since they're taller than the average cushion. On top of these cushions I have placed the tieback-type cushions for more comfort but to also protect the new ones and keep them looking new since they're made of a velvet type of fabric. These cushions could actually be MORE FIRM for my liking, for more comfort and longer life. As is, I think, and hope, these cushions last a year+ since they're not cheap.

These are very, very good seat cushions. Unfortunately now that I'm retired I sit too much; these seat cushions are VERY helpful. I used them during my last five years at work, and I continue to use them now that I am retired. They are so helpful that I now use two cushions when I sit down--very helpful and comfortable. Siting for too long really hurts my hips and butt; these cushions really help. I now use two at a time when I sit.

Love these memory foam cushions. They took a few hours to puff up all the way after removing them from the shrink wrap. There was no chemical odor after opening. The fabric cover is easily removable for cleaning which is nice because I’m using them on my kitchen bar stools.

I bought the black version about a year ago, and it is and was great - very soft, very comfortable. But my older cat commandeered it and I didn't have the heart to take it away from him, so I bought another, this time the tan one. But this one was hard as a rock - very stiff-surfaced. It would start to displace as you sat on it, becoming somewhat form-fitting, but not comfortable at all. I kept it for about 2 weeks, hoping it'd soften but it didn't. Thinking it might just be an old cushion or bad batch, I returned it and got the grey version. Same thing! Hard as a block. I give up. It's possible the black version is the only one that's soft - or sells fast enough that the foam doesn't decay or whatever is wrong, but I'm not taking a chance anymore. I can't recommend this brand at this point. Look elsewhere.

Well made cushion I use for my wheelchair. Nice cover, glad I ordered.

The thickness of this cushion is outstanding. My elderly father sits on a wooden chair most of the day (his choice) and he was getting a sore from sitting so long. This cushion has been a godsend, really. Worth every penny! He is no longer in pain and it gives him great support.
