Best drills I've owned. I've had Makita, DeWalt, Ryobi and some other cheaper brands. I'd easily compare these to the DeWalt and Makita brands. But for the price they beat them hands down. I've got 14 worx battery's as I've got hedge trimmers, mowers and strimmers from worx. The build quality of there items is second to none. But I usually use the 8amp or 6amp battery's with these drills for longer life.

Full disclosure, I am a Worx tools fan and have a number of other tools from the range. That said I have purchased every tool myself and reviews are based upon my personal opinion not free gifts. As I have come to expect from the Worx brand these are quality tools with separate guarantees for professional (1 year) and DIY (3 year) use. Size wise both are much the same in dimension and weight as other better known and more expensive brands. The working weight (battery installed) of the both drill and the impact driver are evenly balanced and both are powerful enough to hold their own against other well known brands. In fact whilst renovating his house my son (a tool snob) who work wise uses a brand named after the largest Wisconsin city has frequently been caught in the corner of my eye happily using my tools instead of his own on family building projects. However, compared to every other Worx tool I have purchased with both battery and charger supplied I was hugely disappointed by the included WA3760 charger which, takes 310 minutes per battery for a full charge. That's 10+ hours charge time for the two included battery packs. Fortunately as the batteries are compatible with other tools therefore also compatible with other chargers and I used my WA3880 1 hour chargers included with my previous purchases.

After 3 months of having this installed and working what I thought was perfectly until I was riding to work and could smell melting plastic stopped and realised the lights had stopped working. On investigation the inline fuse and proactive cover had completely melted. For extra protection for the bike I always wire accessories to a fused box to protect other electrical components and thankfully this did not affect any other cables or cause any damage to the bike. Install was easy and looked great when it was on but would not risk it as this is not an isolated case
