It doesn't fit yet it works
Bad news: the male side doesn't fit! You will need to cut some of it or sand it. Good news: it works! I am in Saudi Arabia where we have 80-90ish F during winter so I used a 82 ohm resistantor and I hadnto increase it to 100 ohm and worked like a magic.

2010 Honda Pilot
I immediately noticed an improvement. It runs like I got a new car. I’ve been driving my Pilot for 10 years and I noticed the shudder early on. I learned to let off the gas and baby the vehicle during take-off or slow turns. I do a lot of city driving, stop and go and lower speeds. I noticed the shudder becoming worse in the past couple years. I did my research and after ensuring the regular maintenance was up to date I concluded the muzzler could be the answer. I drove around in 3rd overdrive for a few weeks and noticed that helped stop the shuddering which was noted as a way to determine it was the eco sensor causing the problem. I tried to buy the well known muzzler, but it was out of stock. I decided to give this one a try, especially since the price is low enough to take a loss on it. I followed the image instructions on the product description page here on Amazon, plus I watched videos by other manufacturers on how to install. It was fairly simple to complete the install. I took the car for a 30 minute test drive around city streets and it was worked so well I feel like I got a new car. Super happy with this purchase at this time. Update: I had to remove this muzzler because it interfered with the temperature gauge and caused the check engine light to flip on. After doing some research the well known muzzler has been designed to accommodate the temp gauge issue. If this muzzles didn’t interfere with the temp gauge and computer I would still recommend it as it does do the job it’s intended for which is to block the eco sensor system.

Easy install, works as advertised
2012 Honda Odyssey here. I started to get concerned about a slight engine hesitation that eventually turned into full on shudder when switching in and out of ECO mode. I figured why not just disable the damn thing, hoping it would be like a hack, some key and button combo. Nope. When I started looking up what was actually required to disable ECO, it seemed like a daunting task. Some how-to’s showed having to connect wiring to battery terminals, figure out engine temp, deal with engine and other electronic problems, etc. I am by no means a mechanic but I gave it a shot anyway. It was a simple cable, and 4 resistors. I went with the first resistor as other reviewers have mentioned. ASTONISHINGLY EASY INSTALL! Worked right out the gate. Long test drive. No engine lights, no ECO mode and no more shudder. I still can’t believe it actually worked. The only mild problem was the comically tiny instructions that came with it. Unless you have microvision eyes, just go by the install images on here.

Works but has issues
This works great once tuned. It works by tricking the vcm to stay off by thinking the coolant temp is lower than it is because the vcm isn't enabled till the engine is warm. There is a risk of not knowing your engine is overheating and it does throw a code sometimes.

It does work!!
My experience with this product has been positive thus far. I have a 2012 Honda Pilot, when I first tried this out I started with the 82 ohm. It worked well for about a day, only thing I noticed was that the cooling fans would take a little bit longer to stop after the car was turned off. The next morning when I was going to work the CIL came on and warning said the water was getting too hot and the temperature gauge was all the way to the top! That kinda freaked me out a bit, and I was doubting this purchase. I decided to give it another go though, so I changed it to the 68 ohm. I drove to an Orielys and had the codes cleared and CIL has not came back on at all since then. I have driven for a month now and have had no issues, the Eco light will occasionally come on for a little while but it goes away, nothing too serious. Very pleased with the outcome and the price!!
