I have used ice packs, lunch box ice brick, hot/cold packs for migraines. Unfortunately, i would always have to hold the pack with one hand leaving it uncomfortable. This not only wraps around my big head for the worst migraines in a comfortable manner, I now use it on the extra hot days when my PC heats the room up like an oven. Keeps me cool in the sweat lobbies. My fiance HATES ice and ice packs. However, he just asked me to buy him one because he sees how often I've been using it over the back to back 95 degree days. The mesh that holds the ice is VERY comfortable on the sink.MAJOR GOLD STAR- It comes with two sets of ice cube strips. While the ice only lasts 1-3 hours, I come back to find the ice cube strips completely frozen EVERY time. Even at the 1 hour mark.

I bought this wrap to stay cool, but ended up using it for a whip lash I incurred from a car accident. Whenever my neck hurts I put the frozen row of ice into the slot on the wrap and wrap it around my head and secure it up at the top of my head with the velcro. I can just leave it on for 20 minutes and it really relieves my neck pain in conjunction with my medication. It also works for headaches, so if you get migraines I recommend this. I do look like Ethel Mertz on I Love Lucy with the wrap around my head like an old fashioned 50's headscarf.....but I don't wear it out in public, so who cares? You will love this for pain or just to cool down after a work out or on a hot day. I have also used it on my knee after a long bike ride. I also bought extra ice inserts on Amazon. Enjoy! I am buying them for Christmas gifts. Neat product!

Use this to walk in the mornings in Florida. Heat index of 100 and a lot of humidity, but this does it's job. No sense paying more because this product works. That being said, if the manufacturer could ad a little less flimsy fabric and velcro that would make this product almost perfect. The velcro is inadequate for proper adjustment and flimsy. It unfastens sometimes in the middle of my walk. Not acceptable. Would recommend but be mindful of the flimsiness

So this is good for cooling the back of the neck. However, if you put it on as shown in the picture above, it will scratch the heck out of your neck and cause major irritation (at least it did for me). I found that it's better not to wear it like a bandana as shown, but to overlap it end to end. See attached images. I've been using this for indoor cycling and it's been working pretty well.

I really wanted an ice back I could fasten securely on my head or neck to use this summer. It has two inserts and stays cold for 30-40 minutes. Makes walking the dog in the heat more tolerable as well.

Works wonders in the super working outside. Plus you get the back up freezer pack. Doesn't look that great but gets the job done.

The cold packs are very tiny & cannot be felt through the very thick uncomfortable Spandex. All that Spandex around my neck was way too hot to wear. Even with the little cold packs inside it, it made me hotter instead of providing relief. The design is not comfortable at all!

I love this product, because there are refill ice bags, and it really helps my neck pain
