Works but needs care
This product definitely does a thorough job. I would say that one needs to remove it, cleanse and sanitize as any other item. Be sure to dry thoroughly before storing as it is subject to pitting. Also do not tighten to snuggley as the base may break. Just my two cents.

Works well
I purchased this along with a new detachable shower head. If you already have a detachable shower head you can use the same hose. I definitely recommend using the included shutoff valve to not spray everywhere, it give you flow control. It works really well, I definitely recommend it.

UNSAFE! BEWARE! Read other 1 star
UNSAFE! DO NOT BUY!!! Inside are machining burrs the could break off and enter the body. Also when flushed debris came out. Looking inside has a white film and reddish brown/copper color inside. Aluminum is silver color and whitish when oxidized. Reported to Amazon and FDA for unsafe device.

It works great. This is my first colon cleaner and I was no ready for how good it worked. The size is great.

good product - cheap materials
the product works well - the hose it came with is already falling apart. disappointed that for something you use in such a delicate area is cheaply made. i would not recommend this hose that comes with the product.
