Anyone try the Thrive mascara and this one? Is it a dupe, beyond both being tubing mascaras. The tribe one is my fav but so expensive.

I don’t know what some of these reviews are talking about because thai is no where near Thrive mascara. This is dry as soon as you open it which makes it hard to work with and after 4 hours it’s on my under eyes. It’s not a tubing mascara at all. Maybe I just got a bad batch but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I haven’t tried Thrive, but i got it as a substitute for the Blinc Amplified tubing mascara, which is a volumizing mascara. It Doesn’t give quite as much volume but it does give a lot and does separate and it is buildable. It also does NOT smudge and most definitely IS a tubing mascara that comes off with water only. I had some ever so slight flaking, but it was just a couple tiny black dots which i just brushed right off. I have to say j really do like how thick and black and separated it makes my lashes.
