It is a great option for easy in easy out of the pool. Thanks to all your reviews I believe I made a great purchase. The handrails are a bit flimsy will not hold an adult falling, not use for pulling yourself up the ladderor children horseplay, mite need minor fabrication, we re-enforced the handrails. Much better. However, that said it is a great ladder if you get in the pool like normal and treat as such. My wife and I love it. We use it alot more than our other ladder and allow us to use the pool more.

The ladder is great however , the instructions are absolutely horrible ! Have a drill handy and a hack saw if your pool is 48". There is no mention of using a drill in the instructions, there are holes that look like you would use screws for , but you don't. When using the drill on the side of the ladder there is no mark but its a flat surface following up the side . Even tried youtube , the videos go too fast to follow. The steps are more self explanatory, not as difficult. The ladder was tricky . Great ladder and steps lousy instructions.

I can't believe that I didn't buy these sooner. They are very nice, sturdy and really makes getting in and out of the pool much easier.

The railing is so flimsy!! Absolutely not worth the money. The instructions direct you to place 50# of sand into the stairs making it impossible to disassemble and return. The customer service was not helpful they say that it was not installed properly and that is why the rail is flimsy. I don’t think 4 bolts to the edge of my pool will make the rail sturdy.

I Love these steps! Well worth the money. The only issue that I had is that the instructions are not real great and you have to drill your own holes because they don’t come with the holes already drilled to put the screws in.

Very good product. I needed something a lot better to get in and out of the pool. This did the trick.

The steps are actually Sturdy, but the inner handrail are super cheap and bend easily. You have to be patient with the whole project because when you submerge the inner stairs for the first time, they have to fill up with water and let them sit for an evening. Attach the outer ladder the next day and the outer ladder will hold them down. Also, it will help to drill extra pilot holes in the inner stairs to get all of the air out so that they can stay down.

Perfect for myself and my older sister. Sturdy. Nice to sit on the step with our feet in the pool. One thing we are having a problem with, our vacuum gets stuck while working on the sides. I’ve had to re direct it a couple of times. Also, behind the stairs gets horribly unclean. I use a house broom to get behind them. Plus, we had no idea the water filled in the steps was full of algae. We took them out and what came out of the stairs was unreal! Horrible. Super saver for having older people party, but thinking of removing it for daily. The original ladder is fine for me. Update, we couldn’t get or keep our pool clean from algae! We noticed that behind the ladder housing was always dirty. We finally decided to take the steps out and use the ones that came with the pool. Oh my gosh, what came out of those stairs was gruesome!! It just kept emptying out a horrible orange/ red ugly filthy color! So we’ll see if the pool stays cleaner which I’m betting it will. Also our Wybot is much happier too!! We’ll be saving a ton on chemicals for trying to get it clean. I will contact the company and let them know, and see if they have a solution. They weren’t cheap! I did see another rating that said they changed the steps around! They put the box side outside and the outside steps inside! I may try it! Will update after a while.
