Are these hydrolyzed? Description says they are hypoallergenic, but it only states limited ingredient which is not hypoallergenic.

Hypoallergenic means "unlikely to cause an allergy."  The manufacturer entered all of the information on these direct to Amazon.  This treat is made from "beef" only and includes: 100% New Zealand Beef, Beef Liver, Beef Kidney, Beef Heart it is then freeze dried.
