المنتج وصلني وهو حارالمفروض يكون بارد ودرجة حراره معينة لان البكتيريا النافعه تقل فعاليتها عندما تتعرض للحراره !!

Me acaba de llegar el producto que pedí, la cuestión es que son probióticos que deben enviar refrigerados y en el pedido del producto dice que me lo iban a entregar en una cajita con hielo y no fue así y tengo la duda de que perderán su eficacia, voy a hablar con mi médico y preguntarle, para saber si me son útiles, de otra manera me estaré comunicando con Ud.
