UPDATED REVIEW AFTER TRYING THE ORIGINAL AND THIS DUPE: I FINALLY got a little bottle of the OG BR540; I sprayed it on and was expecting the greatest smell in the world! But, I got a lot of sour rotting wood notes in the real one which I didn’t get too much of in the dupe. They are both airy and light, and still have the basic BR540 DNA… however, if I were to describe this dupe now, it would be as if BR 540 introduced a flanker with less wood notes. The dupe is less woody for sure; or at least the notes don’t smell like gross old molding wood to me. While I like BR540, I much prefer this dupe as I don’t get that wood smell I’ve already talked way too much about!So, yes, I highly recommend this to people who like BR540, but would rather avoid that gross wood scent some of us get!I’ve never tried the OG by BR, so I can’t exactly compare. But, like many other reviews I can also smell an alcohol scent upon first impression. However, once it dries down, it smells divine! Not too powerful, but just right.I have to spray a few more times than I do with most other parfums, but I definitely recommend this and I will be buying more in the future! Or maybe try some of the other FAKE scents.Maybe one day, they’ll introduce a few more; until then… I like what I see so far, so I hope this little company gets bigger and better with time.Give it a try, you have nothing to lose! Literally!!

Almost NO SCENT..VERY HARD TO SMELL AFTER 4 SPRAYS..DOSSAPOINTED FOR PRICE

I have no idea what the original smells like but this was a definite surprise. I would not say it’s breathtaking, because I’d be lying. There are better smelling perfumes out there, thus would never be my #1 choice. However, I had to find out for myself why so many people are obsessed with the scent.I could already smell it while I was unboxing it. The bottle is very pretty and heavy. It will last you a long time. I sprayed it onto my inner wrist first and oh boy…. It smelled very masculine at first, and then in about 10 minutes I started picking up additional notes. Smells like burnt brown sugar with spice added to it. If you know what saffron smells like, that’s is. If you’re ever been to a middle eastern market - this is what it smells like: dried up berries, burnt sugar and spice. I barely smell strawberries as some people have mentioned. It’s there but this particular note gets lost. It’s not woodsy, but more dark, muskier, more masculine then feminine. It’s not for everyone, so you’ll either love it or be in the fence. I’m on the latter, I don’t love it. I think LV and Lancôme have better musky options if you’re into those notes. I would never spend $300+ on the original Baccarat, the scent is simply not worth it. This is as honest as my review goes.

After reading some good reviews I went ahead and ordered hoping it would be a reasonable facsimile but I am sorry to say that it really isn't.At first it is not very pleasing, then it softens into a better fragrance but not close to the original and disappears within a short time. Even a heavier application does not help. A case of "too good to be true"?

I was skeptical, but the smell far exceeded my expectations. The scent lasts long, and the quality for the price is unmatched. Only complaint is that the spray tip came leaking and a good quarter of it leaked out.

It smells exactly like Ariana Grande's 'Cloud' perfume, but a tad bit "lighter smelling". Has a very light woodsy, flower smell. I would and will definitely buy again and recommend. I also get a bit of oud. After an hour it turns into a "walk by smell" meaning people will get a good scent from it whenever someone walks pass you.When to wear: Spring, early summer, and autumn. Wouldn't wear it in the middle of blazing summer or winter.Safe to wear: Office, After shower, Around the house, work, some close spaces (comfortable crowd pleaser)

The media could not be loaded. I love the fragrance as a whole which is why I decided to give this shop a try.I ordered this product based on the reviews, although mixed I take a chance. The delivery was late, but once received this is what was inside of the box. The outside has a plastic wrapping and once removed there was no indication of leakage until opened it.So disappointing to see the bottle had leaked inside of the box and when I removed the top it has liquid in it as well. I wanted to take a whift of the scent only to be surprised with the smell of alcohol. Not what I was expecting.

Fast delivery. Bottle leaked a little upon arrival. Not much. Compared side by side could not tell the difference. The real BR540 Barccarat is a lot more money and does last longer but for 20$ just spray more lol. I’d also like to point out it’s made in America! I’d highly recommend this product will be purchased again myself.
